Testimony Sought of “Custodian of Records” AND Production of all records relating to President
Decision to be made by Army Major General
The records Lakin seeks have been the subject of intense interest ever since the closing days of the 2008 presidential campaign when a document appeared on the internet purporting to be a certification that Hawaii’s Dept. of Health had records showing he had been born in Honolulu. Since then, Dr. Chiyome Fukino the head of that agency has made public statements on the subject, but has refused all requests for copies of the actual records in the Department’s custody. Recently, a former Hawaii elections clerk has come forward saying that he was told that the Department’s records showed Obama was NOT born in Hawaii.
The United States Constitution requires that a person be a “natural born citizen” to be elected to the presidency. If Mr. Obama was not born in Honolulu as he has claimed, then he is unlikely to be a “natural born citizen”. An examination of the records kept by the Hawaii Dept. of Health are an essential first step in ascertaining Mr. Obama’s constitutional eligibility to hold the office to which he was elected in 2008.
While no civil litigant has obtained discovery of these records, and all the civil lawsuits seeking those records have been dismissed on procedural grounds, Lakin’s case is different because he is the subject of criminal prosecution, and upon conviction stands in jeopardy of being sentenced to years at hard labor in the penitentiary.
Lakin’s request was submitted by his counsel to the Commanding General of the Military District of Washington, Major General Karl R. Horst, under Rule 702(b) of the Rules for Courts-Martial, which provides that “A convening authority who has the charges for disposition or, after referral, the convening authority or the military judge may order that a deposition be taken on request of a party.”
Lakin’s civilian attorney has been provided to him by the American Patriot Foundation, a non-profit group incorporated in 2003 to foster appreciation and respect for the U.S. Constitution, which has established a fund for Lakin’s legal defense. I really don't understand: why is the attorney going after the birh records? He is burdening himself with the necessity to force obama and/or Hawaii to provide the birth documents which he has already spent 2 millions to seal! Whereas the burden of proof should be placed on Obama!
Doesn't he know that Obama, born to a British citizen father, i.e. born with dual allegiance, has failed the article 2 natural born citizen presidential requirement and is not eligible to be POTUS and CIC.
All he has to do is ask the commanding general to ask Obama if he was born to 2 US citizen parentS. If not, case closed - he is constitutionally inelgible to be POTUS and CIC!
It is so simple even a caveman can do it. Why can't a high-priced attorney?
Yes, they are aware of the British citizen father aspect... the fact is that Obama's records will need to be inspected to prove that, either way.

Here's hoping the commanding general won't throw LTC. Lakin under the bus instead of defending the Constitution. No one is above the Constitution, especially the putative president.
I would like to add some clarification to the dual allegiance thing.
When writing the 14th Amendment, Senator Lyman Trumbull inserted the phrase "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" in to the first paragraph. When asked to define what that pans, his reply was:
"The provision is, that 'all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.' That means 'subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.' What do we mean by 'complete jurisdiction thereof?' Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means."
Now, obama has openly admitted that he was born subject to the jurisdiction of Great Briton. As such, he was not born under the complete jurisdiction of the US and is not a US citizen.

I think the " Obama family past " is something that is being looked into merely to shred all documents. I was far more interested in his mothers activity throughout her life and all of the social security numbers and aliases. What about the Pakistan trips and why? Micro-finance for Indonesia with a bank in Chicago doing property loans? I am sure they want all of this completely gone.
