FIVE ATTEMPTS BY CONGRESS TO RE-DEFINE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN SINCE 2001 [embedded below]
The slick politicians putting forward these attempts all failed because "The Law of Nations", Natural Law, U.S. history and legal writings from the founding time frame, and U.S. Supreme Court rulings and dicta since clearly legally and logically indicate that a "natural born Citizen", not a "born Citizen" or "Citizen by Birth" provided by man-made laws, but a "natural born Citizen", is without a doubt a person born in the country to two citizen parents of that country. So instead of Congress attempting to do things the right way if they want to allow people born with foreign allegiance to serve as the President and amend Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution the proper and legal way with a constitutional amendment to remove that legal term of art "natural born Citizen" from the eligibility clause (if We the People and 3/4th of the several states allowed them to which I doubt) the weasels decided to usurp the Constitution and allow Obama who was born a British Subject with allegiance by birth to the Queen of England via his alien, non-immigrant, non-U.S. citizen Kenyan father to run for President without a murmur, investigation, or hearing from the Congress ... and then unconstitutionally and illegally confirmed him. This will not stand! We the People will remove the usurper Obama from the Oval Office and we will remove as many of the people in Congress and elsewhere who betrayed their solemn sworn oath to support and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. These weasels who did this apparently only give lip service to that oath that other men have died and shed blood for. We will vote as many of the skunks and betrayers of the Constitution out as we can in 2010 and then more in 2012.
Read this excellent essay on "natural born Citizenship" with an included Euler Logic Diagram which clearly shows the logic and natural law meaning of the legal term of art, "natural born Citizen", which has been understood by legal scholars via Natural Law for thousands of years and which was codified in the 1700s in the legal treatise, "The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law" by Emer de Vattel. This book was used by the founders to write the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. Tell your Congress people that We the People and the Tea Party folks are not "dumb asses" as one candidate for election said the other day. We the People are awakening to the fraud and deceit and Progressive/Marxist/Socialist cesspool agenda goings on inside the beltway of Washington DC and we are going to throw the bums out by votes or indictments. They went a bridge too far with Obama. We are going to take that bridge back and the control of the country too and restore the Constitutional Republic and the U.S. Constitution to its rightful place as the supreme and fundamental law of the land and We the People as the sovereigns.
That they tried to redefine "natural born citizen" four times* over a four year period, just a few years before nominating The Won, indicates they knew Oilbama isn't a NBC and they had been planning for years to run The Ineligible Won for POTUS, regardless.
*The fifth bill looks the same to me as the BS Senate Resolution that qualified McCain, so I didn't count it. However, it does indicate that they knew in advance that McCain would be running The Won. It also reveals their last-minute scrambling for the McCain Senate Resolution was a fake, an act put on for the masses. They really are all a bunch of sleazebags.
