According to the framers of the Constitution as well as Supreme Court rulings, Obama does not fit the eligibility requirements to be POTUS.

While there is no evidence he was born overseas[except this], President Obama has not released sufficient documentation to prove his place of birth, conclude the authors of a recently released book.

An investigation by the authors found the sole birth documentation released by the president, a Certification of Live Birth, or COLB, generated in 2007 by the state of Hawaii, does not definitively establish Obama's origin.

The investigation also debunked various claims that Obama was born in Kenya.[except this]

With nearly 900 endnotes, the book, "The Manchurian President: Barack Obama's Ties to Communists, Socialists and Other Anti-American Extremists," was written by WND senior reporter Aaron Klein and researcher Brenda J. Elliott.

After the release of a COLB, made available online during the 2008 presidential campaign, Obama and his team then claimed, and continue to claim, that Obama had released his birth certificate.

Obama said in an interview aired yesterday[here] with NBC "Nightly News," "I can't spend all of my time with my birth certificate plastered on my forehead."

However, there are major, important differences between the COLB Obama has produced and a long-form birth certificate. An official long-form birth certificate is an exact photocopy of the original birth record prepared by the hospital or attending physician at the time of a child's birth. Such a document usually includes parents' information (address of residence, race, birthplace, date of birth, etc.), additional information on the child's birthplace and information on the doctors who assisted in the birth. The long form also usually includes the signature of the doctor involved and of at least one of the parents.

The short form COLB which Obama has made public is a computer-generated certification that lists the child's name, date of birth, gender, place of birth and time, and the names of Obama's parents. No birth hospital or doctor is listed.

"Manchurian President" points out some have been inclined to accept Obama's COLB as proof of his birthplace since it is a state-generated document specifying the president's place of birth as Hawaii. The fact is, however, that in 1961, the year of Obama's birth, there were a number of ways to obtain a Hawaiian COLB that would leave open the possibility of the child being born outside the state.

One way included one parent providing the state with proof of residence in Hawaii as well as a pre-natal and post-natal certification by a physician. The pre-natal report would certify the mother was pregnant. The post-natal report would certify an examination of a newborn baby. This leaves open the possibility of a child being born outside of Hawaii but still receiving a state COLB.

Other methods included obtaining a "Delayed Certificate," but that would be noted on the certificate itself.

Meanwhile, even today it is still possible to obtain a COLB for a child born outside of Hawaii, the book found.

The Hawaiian government's official website (link: http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/vol06_ch0321-0344/HRS0338/HRS_0338-0017_0008.HTM) lists in S338-17.8 of its state law on official forms "rules to obtain Certificates for children born out of State."

The law states:

a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.


b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.


c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91.

In other words, the form released by Obama apparently could still be legally obtained by a mother who gave birth to a child outside Hawaii, although such a certificate would not list "Hawaii" as the birthplace, as does Obama's.

Newspaper Proof? Statements from Hawaiian Official?

Two Hawaiian newspaper announcements from 1961 support the assertion of Obama's Hawaiian birth. However, both the newspapers in question, the Honolulu Star-Bulletin and the Honolulu Advertiser, simply reprint birth information they receive from Hawaii's Department of Health, meaning Obama's parents did not have to place the announcements in the papers.

The only legitimate conclusion that can be gleaned from the newspaper announcements is that the state of Hawaii issued a COLB documenting Obama's birth. This is already known, asserts Klein and Elliott.

As Requested, Call to Action; FOX News, it is way past time you end the blackout on Obama's eligibility to be POTUS. On the News Corp website the first sentence of the description reads;

"FOX News Channel is a 24-hour general news service devoted to delivering fair and balanced coverage of the day's news events."

It is very clear that you have not been so fair and balanced when it comes to Obama's eligibility.  In fact, numerous high-ranking military officers have challenged Obama's CONSTITUTIONAL eligibility to be POTUS and Commander-n-Chief since November 2008.  You have mentioned very little about the many cases and people challenging/or whom have challenged Obama's eligibility to be POTUS.

The latest high-ranking military officer to challenge Obama's CONSTITUTIONAL eligibility is LTC Terry Lakin.  LTC Lakin is an active duty Army doctor that has honorably served this nation for over 15 years.

It is time you, FOX News, have LTC Lakin and his attorney Paul Jensen on to discuss the court-martial that LTC Lakin is now facing due to the fact that Obama refuses to release ANY documentation to prove his CONSTITUTIONAL eligibility to be Commander-in-Chief under Article II Section 1 Clause 5 of the United States Constitution which states;

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Even CNN and MSNBC interviewed folks challenging Obama's eligibility, albeit they were lynchings, but at least they allowed both sides.  FOX is being completely silent unless of course they are ridiculing the issue, and they have not allowed one pro-"Birther" to be interviewed.  It is time people start bombarding FOX News with polite but forceful emails and phone calls until they allow LTC Lakin and his attorney on.

FOX News it is time to put fair and balanced back in fair and balanced.

"Six years ago in August 2004 I wrote the first article on Barack Obama's religion, and said he was a Muslim," Martin notes. "I am more convinced than ever that I was correct in my initial assessment. Over three years ago I raised questions about Barack Obama's citizenship and eligibility to be president. (It's all in my book.) Frankly, the American people were not interested in 'the facts' and they preferred to buy a pig in a poke, Barack Obama. So it is kind of funny to see Barack Obama now telling Brian Williams in New Orleans 'the facts are the facts,' when Obama has worked so hard to conceal the facts during the presidential campaign.

"Last year I wrote that the window for Obama to 'come clean' on his citizenship and religion was closing. He would eventually cross an 'equinox' where he had more public hostility than support, and then the attacks on his religion and citizenship would be intensified by the media. We are right on schedule. I essentially predicted what happened Sunday night: Obama created a photo op in New Orleans and in the middle of an interview with NBC News Brian Williams dropped the 'Muslim/Birth Certificate' bomb.

"Mr. Obama tried to make a joke of Williams' concerns about Obama's religion and citizenship, but these questions are not a joke and they are not funny. And they are not going away. Every day they are growing on the Internet.

"I applaud Brian Williams for having the guts to raise the concerns. I am always squabbling with NBC News, and I will have an attack on them later in the week on an unrelated topic, but Monday I want to praise Mr. Williams and NBC News for opening Obama's can of worms.

"Mr. Williams is a serious man who takes his journalism seriously. You don't have to always agree with him to respect his integrity. I would have phrased his opening question to Obama slightly differently; but the fact that Williams directed any question to Obama over his citizenship and religion is devastating to the president.

"Over the Labor Day holiday we will be building out our new web site 'BirtherNation.us,' which is devoted to exposing Barack Obama's lies about his birth, citizenship and education. Later this week we will be holding a Palm Beach news conference to announce an upcoming major new investigation and litigation in Hawai'i concerning Obama's records. The second edition of my book (see below) is selling out and we are going to consider a new printing in the future.

"I go into these details to underscore that reasonable, responsible inquiry into Obama's religion and family origins is a legitimate area of scholarly inquiry and that we are proceeding solely on the basis of scholarly standards.

"What Brian Williams should have asked, and he came close, was 'How can you expect to govern when a fifth of the American people don't even trust your answers on religion and birth?

"Obama's responses appeared genuine, because he was probably surprised by Williams' bluntness. Obama has a contemptuous attitude towards his critics. Obama said there was a 'network of misinformation.' In point of fact there is no network of misinformation. I have been the source of accurate information about Obama's religion and citizenship for six years. He has never challenged or undermined any factual claim that I made. Instead he has used his attack dogs to launch personal attacks on me.

"Obama has maintained a relentless misinformation campaign against me, originally using Robert Gibbs and the New York Times to smear me with decades-old stale accusations and to intimidate the media. Well, the media are becoming increasingly 'unintimidated' as Mr. Williams' inquiries reflect.

"That is not to say that all sources of criticism about Obama are accurate. The public record reflects, however, that I have repeatedly exposed and attacked anti-Obama charlatans who proffered false claims against the man. All I want is the facts and the truth. Nothing more. Indeed, some of Mr. Obama's opponents have criticized me for exposing anti-Obama charlatans and exposing their misuse of the truth. But that's why Obama is terrified of me, and loves the whackos who propound silly theories. I have a passion for the truth.

"FACT: There is no location in Hawai'i that openly advertises itself as Obama's 'birthplace.' His family has claimed two different hospitals where he was born. Don't you think if had been born somewhere, they would put a plaque on the door and say 'Birthplace of the 44th President?' Why are they hiding this obvious fact?

"FACT: I personally believe Obama was born in Hawai'i. But I have also noticed how Barack and Michelle Obama love to stoke the 'Kenyan birth certificate' crowd with catnip, so the Obamas can agitate their opposition and energize their own left-wing base. In my expert opinion, what Barack Obama is hiding is not where he was born, but how he was born.

"FACT: Obama says he does not want his birth certificate 'plastered on my forehead.' But his original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate has never been plastered anywhere. He has never released it to the American people. He released a laser printout from a state database. The original, typewritten 1961 birth certificate has never seen the light of day although Hawai'i official Chiyome Fukino claims to have seen that document. Obama doesn't have to plaster his birth certificate on his head; but unless and until he authorizes Hawai'i officials to release the original, typewritten 1961 document he is hiding the truth from the American people.

"FACT: The qualifications to serve as president are different than those for any other federal office. Being an American citizen is not enough. Obama's putative father was apparently never even a permanent resident of the United States. He came here on a student visa, fornicated, and left. I don't think Obama's putative father ever had a Green Card. While Obama may have acquired 'birth citizenship,' I do not believe he ever acquired the enhanced 'natural born citizenship' that the Constitution mandates only for the presidency.

"Obama is not stupid. He is a bright man. He's no courtroom lawyer but he is trained in the law. That's why he loves to play lawyer-style word games with the media and the American people. Obama knows his day of judgment is approaching, as we will detail in our forthcoming Palm Beach news conference. That's why he increasingly acts like a one-term president.

"To mix another metaphor, Brian William and NBC News burst the dam. They put the issue of Obama's ability to lead, in light of increasing doubts about his religion and eligibility to sit in the Oval office, on the front burner. Commander Kerchner speaks; Obama is whining to NBC's Brian Williams in an interview about people wanting to see his birth certificate and that they think he's a Muslim. His religion is a red herring he's throwing out. But his Article II Constitutional eligibility is the issue really bothering him and any real investigative discussion of him not being a "natural born Citizen" of the USA to constitutional standards. He's worried. We're breaking through. Obama is obviously noticing that people are getting wise to his con job about many things in his early life.

OK Mr. Obummer, if this is a distraction to you ... then simply release the original documents ... birth, high school, college records at Occidental and Columbia, probably adoption in Indonesia, travel and passport records. It would take you only minutes and a stroke of the pen for your vast army of attorneys to get this done. What are you hiding and instead whining about? You wanted to be a public person. You ran for the office of the President. People have a right to know the early life details from original records about the defacto President. The public has a right to know all the hidden information about your early life prior to becoming a Senator. Release it!

We're breaking through. The message is getting to the people despite the main stream media cover up and trying to protect their anointed one, Mr. O. And its getting Obama nervous. And he should be. He's conned the whole nation as to who he really is. And for sure, he's not a "natural born Citizen" of the USA and is not eligible to be Pres and CINC.

President Barack Obama dismissed a recent poll showing that a third of Americans don’t know he’s a Christian – and blamed an online campaign of misinformation by his conservative enemies for perpetuating the myth that he’s a Muslim.

“The facts are the facts. We went through some of this during the campaign — there is a mechanism, a network of misinformation that in a new media era can get churned out there constantly,” said a visibly annoyed Obama, referring to “birthers,” who have waged a guerrilla campaign questioning the validity of his Hawaiian birth certificate.

“I will always put my money on the American people, and I’m not going to be worried too much about what rumors are floating around there.”

Background 

It has been reported that Barack Hussein Obama has used various social security numbers. These have been derived from national databases. Most of the ones reported are most likely erroneous information. However, there is one that stands out. It is the number 042-68-4425 that was issued out of the state of Connecticut. It is this number that he has fraudulently used ( and possibly still using ) and is thus guilty of multiple felonies.

Evidence

The following pictures show the result of a Freedom of Information request of Barack Hussein Obama's Selective Service registration.The main thing to notice from this is the Selective Service number he was issued : 61-1125539-1.

Now, by going on the Selective Service page and doing a search on :

Last Name: Obama

Social Security number: 042-68-4425,

Birth Date August 4, 1961,

you get this resulting record.

The record corresponds to the Selective Service registration number 61-1125539-1, the one issued to Barack Obama as shown per the FOIA request. This is 100 % verifiable proof that an official government record exists in the name of Barack Obama, using the social security number 042-68-4425. You can do the search yourself ( you may get the message that the record has been accessed too many times, but through persistence you will get the record - go on at different times during the day ( if you try between 12 AM and 3AM EST you may get it just as they reset the count. They don't indicate how many times the record can be viewed, so it may take some time to get it. It took me about a week of trying).

As you may well know, social security numbers are issued to a person corresponding to the state where said person was residing when the number was applied for. Also, the first 3 digits of the number indicate which state that is. The 042 number, the one Barack Obama used in his Selective Service application, indicates the number was issued from Connecticut.

This begs the question. How can someone who has never resided in the state of Connecticut ( especially before the age of 18 ) get a social security number issued from that state ? The answer is - he couldn't. Thus, this is an illegal use of a social security number - a felony. Also by use of this number in applying for selective service, he has committed another felony punishable by $250,000 fine and up to 5 years in prison. Another question is also posed by this. Why use a fraudulent number when it would be very easy to get a legitimate one issued ? Who is this man?

On Social Security's website , they have this statement:

Note: One should not make too much of the "geographical code." It is not meant to be any kind of useable geographical information. The numbering scheme was designed in 1936 (before computers) to make it easier for SSA to store the applications in our files in Baltimore since the files were organized by regions as well as alphabetically. It was really just a bookkeeping device for our own internal use and was never intended to be anything more than that.

But if you read this closely, it is nothing but double-speak. Of course it is not designed for geographical information, but it was used to designate the region it came from.

From the paragraph preceding that statement on their site : The Area Number is assigned by the geographical region. Prior to 1972, cards were issued in local Social Security offices around the country and the Area Number represented the State in which the card was issued. This did not necessarily have to be the State where the applicant lived, since a person could apply for their card in any Social Security office. Since 1972, when SSA began assigning SSNs and issuing cards centrally from Baltimore, the area number assigned has been based on the ZIP code in the mailing address provided on the application for the original Social Security card. The applicant's mailing address does not have to be the same as their place of residence. Thus, the Area Number does not necessarily represent the State of residence of the applicant, either prior to 1972 or since.

Broken down says this :

Prior to 1972, the area number represented the state in which the card was issued. The applicant did not have to live there. However, the applicant had to apply at that local office in the state where the card was issued. If you needed a social security number to apply for a passport back in 1967 ( when he moved to Indonesia ), then this is the only way he could have had one issued.

After 1972, the area number assigned has been based on the ZIP code in the mailing address provided on the application for the original Social Security card. Thus he would have had to have a legal mailing address in Conn.

So, in order to get a number issued from Conn., he either had to have been in Conn. prior to 1972, or had a legal mailing address in Conn after 1972 ( but before he was 18 since that is when he used the number ). If he applied after 1972, the only way he could get a number issued out of Conn was to use a mailing address in Conn. But why do that when you live in Hawaii ? Why not just have the card sent to your residence ?

As a side note, in his "autobiography " he mentions the first time he visited the mainland was in 1972 ( but he also says he remembers watching the Watergate hearings on TV in his hotel in Chicago- those didn't occur until Spring 1973 ). He mentions every place they visited. Not once was Conn. mentioned. The next time he set foot on the mainland was when he attended college in California. Source.
