On December 20, 2008, I published an essay entitled, The Two Constitutional Obstacles that Obama Has to Overcome to Be President, accessed at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2008/12/two-constitutional-obstacles-obama-has.html. I explained that Obama has to first conclusively show that he was born in Hawaii. Having done that, he must still show that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen” which is a child born in the country to citizen parents. I also explained that Obama may be able at some point to show that he was born in Hawaii, which would make him a “citizen” under the Fourteenth Amendment, but that he would not be able to show that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.”
On April 27, 2011, putative President, Barack Obama, released to the public a digital image on the White House web site of his alleged long form Certificate of Live Birth. A majority of Americans have wanted Obama to confirm that he was in fact born in Hawaii. Yet, Obama refers to these concerned Americans as “sideshows and carnival barkers.” But worst than that, the document that Obama has released raises some very serious issues and confirms a critical piece of information.
The document published on the White House web site (whitehouse.gov) is not a scan of a paper document but rather was built with computer programming by using many electronic layers. A scanned document only has one layer of information. This document has various electronic layers which raises the serious question of whether the document was obviously forged. A must-see video by infowars.com in which Alex Jones explains how in his opinion this document has been forged may be viewed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3g30VCl_cgk&feature=youtu.be. A big question that the video raises is that this document is so obviously a fake that one wonders whether those who did it are that highly incompetent or did they fake it so badly so as to want to get caught so as to draw attention to it and away from the real issue. Another possible reason for the obvious forgery is that the creators of the forgery unknown to Obama want Obama to get caught at his big game of deceit.
Finally, another possibility for creating such an easily detected forgery is that Obama has the real birth certificate that provides the same information as this forgery. After all, Obama was sure to release to the public correspondence showing how two certified copies of the birth certificate were personally picked up by his personal attorney who flew to Hawaii to get them, paying $10.00 for the first one and $4.00 for the second. This correspondence is also careful to explain how the certificates were obtained from the Hawaii Department of Health. The letter from Loretta J. Fuddy, the Director of the Hawaii Health Department, states: “I have witnessed the copying of the certificate and attest to the authenticity of these copies.” So, they created this forgery to mislead people in thinking that Obama does not have the real birth certificate and to keep the “birthers” screaming for the real document. In the end, he will just show the world that he does have the document and that he was telling the truth all along.
But regardless of whatever game Obama is playing, as we shall see below, the real issue is that Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen and so Obama is not and cannot be a “natural born Citizen.” This is the issue from which Obama cannot hide behind some manipulated computer images.
Regardless of whatever Obama is up to with his new-found long form birth certificate, this new document confirms that Obama is not a “natural born Citizen.” A “natural born Citizen” is a child born in the U.S. to a U.S. citizen father and mother. While place of birth is a necessary element of being a “natural born Citizen,” let us not lose sight of the other necessarily element, i.e., a U.S. citizen father and mother at the time of birth. Even assuming this new long form Certificate of Live Birth to be genuine, what is important to understand about this document is that it confirms who Obama’s father is, a fact that has been debated for quite some time. The document shows that his father is Barack Obama Sr., who we know was a British citizen and never became a U.S. citizen. Hence, the document confirms that Obama is not an Article II “natural born Citizen” and is therefore not eligible to be President. No amount of computer manipulation or photoshopping can mislead concerned Americans on this score.

A comment and thought from CDR Kerchner (Ret) on the "assembled" PDF document put out on the internet by Obama:
While this whole "assembled" PDF document the White House put out could be a ruse and trap to further embarrass the "birthers" as Mario considered in his new article, I had another thought. What's to say that the copies given to Obama's lawyer sent to Hawaii, and attested to by Hawaiian officials, actually show the same information on those two paper copies that is now being displayed on the internet in this very badly assembled PDF document.
As I recall the former HI director when interviewed in recent weeks, she said when she saw the alleged original Obama birth registration document she said it was half typed and half hand written. What we are being shown on the net is something that is entirely typed except for the signatures. That does not comport with what the former HI Health Dept Director said.
What if the Obama powers sent the lawyer to Hawaii to provide the necessary cover story that they did get two copies of the Obama vital record there ... but the image on the net now is NOT of the paper copies that they picked up ... say because there is something on it that Obama still does not wish to reveal. So he has a version cooked up once again to put online, and someone screwed up and did not flatten the PDF file prior to release to hide the layers. Would Hawaii officials speak up to affirm or deny that what Obama put on the net is not an image of the copy of what they gave to Obama's lawyer. Or would they keep silent in much the same way they did regarding the Certification document, the short form images on the net since Jun 2008. Remember that Hawaii never confirmed that any of those images on the net were copies of something that they issued. Hawaii has been very willing to cooperate with Obama's stonewalling and game playing regarding the vital records in HI for Obama. And, Obama is playing such a cat and mouse game with the American electorate about all his hidden records that one can never tell with him as to what is real or what is memorex. It is a disgrace how this administration is treating the American citizenry. And the main stream media does not call him out on this and instead helps and enables Obama to conduct such offensive disinformation tactics on the American electorate. Journalism no longer exists in this nation. The media should be ashamed.
Just putting this out as food for thought as to what the usurper, conman, and grifter in the White House is up to this time.

As a veteran of graphics and special effects for a few *decades*, let me tell you that that thing Obama presented would be rejected as a mere prop by any mainstream movie producer.
Why? The simple answer is often the right one:

I can see the hypothetical producer's reaction now: "What is this piece of ****?! It looks brand new! This thing is supposed to be 50 years old!" Just because it came from the magic world of Obama doesn't mean it passes the sniff test.
Here are a few things that your own 50-plus birth certificate surely has if you're old enough (we are talking half a century) (Weigh in here if you have an old birth certificate of 40-years-plus and tell me if it does not have at least a few of these things that Obama's does not):
* Creases.
* Random area discoloration (remember these things are kept in old, rattling file cabinets for years before being put into damp vaults and wherever)
*Frayed edges, dog ears.
* Hawaii is off the mainland and not exactly high-tech central. In 1961 the typewriters off the shelves could not do typography that perfect, and the ones in the Hawaii records department were probably a decade older than that, maybe a few. These old typewriters - from the late 50's/early 60's - produced:
* Strike-through/holes in the paper, especially on periods.
* Inconsistent vertical misalignment of the letters.
* Ink bleed that often filled in the open spaces of letter such as lower case "e"s.
* Vertical alignment of the letters in columns per the sentences being one over the other. The carriage registration in typewriters is mechanical - and locked - not fluid. However, the indents are different from one line to another in the one Obama produced, which would have been a terrible amount of work to accomplish with a manual typewriter, but is essentially automatic in a computer.
* Ink changes inconsistently in the deterioration over time, and edges of letters and sometimes whole parts fade bluish from the original black. We've all seen it. Except in Obama's.
This isn't news. Everyone has seen these manifestations in old court and medical records. Old paper documents simply always look like old paper documents, especially in a salty and humid environment like Hawaii, in which the corrosive age damage would be many times worse than, say, a dry and arid place like Arizona, which would still show significant aging Obama's does not.
Imagine something this pristine brand-new-looking making the cut on Antiques Roadshow.
Obama's half-century-old original long form birth certificate should look old, like all half-century old documents casually preserved do. It does not. Obama's birth certificate is clearly absolutely, blemish-less and brand new. This is impossible for a half century old document. There can be no exceptions, even for the president who walks on water. This is a fake. Get the word out and tell them why.
IT LOOKS BETTER THAN GOOD, IT LOOKS ABSOLUTELY 100% BRAND NEW. Take it from an expert. That's simply impossible for a document that old. Not unlikely. Impossible. Unless they doctored the original to remove the blemishes, creases, frays, strike-throughs and inconsistencies in ink and alignment from a half-century-old document.
This is a fake. Not maybe. Absolutely.

What Obama put forth is worse than a fake: it's an insult to anyone's intelligence. Old documents look old, and the manifestations are clear. Obama's does not have them. This is basic.

Note: Not only was Obama Sr. not a naturalized citizen of the USA, he never had any intent to be one. He was not even an immigrant or permanent resident in the USA. He was a foreign alien student here on a student visa.
I am beginning feel that no matter what evidence that we show that Bam is ineligible, nothing will ever be done about it. Be realistic, who is going to go after him? Congress no, senators no, attorney general of course not, the press no, so who? No one that's who. I swear Barry could shoot Biden in the head on live TV and the press would just say that Ole Slow Joe's head exploded because he had a stroke. To my eyes, it doesn't seem to look any older than Obama's. (Also, keep in mind that Hawaii says they photocopied it onto the [new] green security paper.)

I don't follow unknown links. All I can tell you is that I have prepared a forensic analysis and have contacted the owner of this site to see if the site wants to run it.
Hawaii may have photocopied it onto the new green security paper but if they photocopied it, it would still show wear and tear via the photocopy, which, once past a certain contrast threshold, such as creases and frayed edges, would be greatly exaggerated by the contrasty process. Less contrasty processes, such as more advanced color printers and all color scanners, would show all the more nuanced aging like a true photograph. It does not wash either way. 50 years is too long. If that is supposed to be a copy of any sort of half-century-old paper document, it's a fake. Documents 50 years old simply cannot look that pristine. Try photocopying Susan Nordyke's birth certificate and see how clean it looks on any kind of paper. or Trump's. Or anyone else's who doesn't come from the magic, ageless world of Obama's Hawaii. By demonstrating a determination to adopt every rule possible to keep people from seeing the original and adopting copy methods for birth certificates - suddenly - which defy every other form in the country, it would appear that Hawaii is in on the fix.
Is that impossible?
Once again, remember how outlandish Clinton's scandal was: he had to go on prime time TV in front of every school kid in America like an ass and admit to having an affair with a girl half his age who he dragged through the mud after he ejaculated his semen on her dress as she fellaciated him in the President's office in the white house under the same roof with his wife and daughter, and he was caught because his trashed lolita saved his dried sperm as a romantic keepsake of the occasion. It doesn't get any more twisted than that, and it all happened while Clinton's wife accused Clinton's critics of being wingnuts. The idea of corruption of state officials to support the empowerment of a President is absolutely commonplace by comparison.
If that is supposed to be a copy of an original document, it's a fake. This thing stinks and the whole world knows it.
Speaking of the whole world, on a side note, I wonder what kind of lecture Michelle gave to Barack for being a jerk to Britain and thus costing her an invitation to the wedding of the decade, where a few hundred world dignitaries were invited - the same kind of wedding the Reagans were invited to? While everyone who was anyone in society and world leadership was in attendance, Obama was not invited to the lavish and austere national celebration in a gigantic snub of mammoth proportions. I wonder how much screaming/cold shoulder Obama had to endure while the whole world was watching something he and Michelle should have been to - and weren't because he behaved like an immature, disrespectful ass to the country in question?
