It is a debate that he cannot win, and so I predict that he will not accept.
Mark Levin's comments have left me speechless. I truly don't know what to make of this. He's a really smart man that I respect and, up until now, have trusted. If he would give an explanation that at least I could agree or disagree with, but he is just dismissing the entire subject. According to Doug Hagmann (private investigator) someone at some NY TV station knows the truth and was threatened before ozero was even inaugurated - maybe Levin is protecting that person.
I don't know, but this issue had better be addressed because we already have another muslim who just got the okay from the FCC to raise money for his Presidency campaign for 2012! Some guy who is a "naturalized citizen"

I listened to Mark Levin faithfully for several years. I wondered why he never mentioned anything about Obama hiding his personal history. When Mark continued to ignore Obama's claim that his father was a Kenyan (non-US citizen), I began to question how serious Mark was about his adherence to the US Constitution. Obama's father was not a US citizen, so Obama, not matter where he was born, is not a natural born citizen and is not eligible to be POTUS. Rubio and Jindal are not NBCs either and are also ineligible. Levin continues to ignore this fact, so I think he is a "situational" Constitutionalist. To bad Mark, up until now you had me fooled. You are not as tough as your talk nor are you as faithful to the US Constitution, where Obama is concerned, as you would have us believe. Of course, you might know something that we don't about Obama's status, but then why wouldn't you share that with you listeners. Okay tough guy face Apuzzo and let the chips fall where they may...of course you won't take him on because you know he will win in the end.
I don't understand why anyone, in his/her right mind, would waste time listening to any of them. And then, afterwards, complain about what was not said. I turned them all off years ago when it was obvious the illegal's inelegibility wouild not be addressed.

Mark Levin, what a fraud. He tries to come off as Mr. Constitution, Mr. Law and Order. Think of all the millions he made off his latest book. And I'm sure many of us bought that book. I did. Yet he has the gall to call his customers goofballs? I hope he, Hannity, Rush and all the rest, including Fox News go off the air.
Every passing year, the Internet becomes the news information source of choice for more Americans. In a few years, if we survive, these people will be totally irrelevant. We don't HAVE to be lied to. There are people out there that are honest - like the guy who runs this site...Honest people WILL take over one day.

What I find telling, is that the two names - out of all the names that could be advanced - are Rubio and Jindal. What is that? There are sooo many, yet these two keep getting promoted over and over again. Just these two.
I don't even know what in hell Jindal is supposed to be so good at. Yet here they are. Being talked up and glorified by everyone in talk radio, and on TV from Fox.

Sometime ago, I think I remember hearing Levin on Hannity's radio show, salivating over a Marco Rubio GOP VP pick. It sickened my stomach and I switched the program off.
The best way for the GOP to lose a raft of voters for the GOP 2012 presidential side, is to go ahead and nominate Rubio for VP. That will be the last straw with many Constitutionalist Conservatives and birthers. Little big men like Levin, then can thank themselves for helping to hand Obama, a re-election because of their betrayal to our Constitutional Republic!

I believe you are correct, those most involved in getting the ineligible Obama elected would like nothing better than to get other ineligible candidates on the ballot and elected. They believe that would be the nail in the coffin of natural born Citizen as it was meant to be and remove any possibility of criminal changes against them.

Levine is misleading a lot of people into thinking Obummer is qualified, so therefore so is Rubio. I've been arguing with idiots on this very thing on a forum and they just don't WANT to know the truth because the "media" says something else. I read the comments here and basically conclude the same thing about Rubio and/or Jindal as about Barry. Nothing is going to happen folks. No matter who the Republican nominee is, that person will never bring up the NBC issue either with regard to Barry or Rubio or Jindal. Even though the nominee will never say as much, we would hope he/she would stay away from Rubio or Jindal because of their ineligibility. But...if the nominee chooses expediency over integrity and picks one of these two - just like Barry - nothing will happen - nobody will say anything. The well has been permanently poisoned. Barry has not only scammed everybody on his behalf, his election has redefined NBC for good. Now, anybody can run for POTUS regardless if NBC or not. Put another way, everybody is NBC now.
Unless and until somebody with some credibility either in the media or politics stands up, this is over. Levin cannot be as stupid as to not be aware of the historical record regarding NBC.

I barely graduated high school and I can read the constitution and the subsequent supreme court cases and have no problem understanding the law. So why is Mark, a constitutional attorney, ignoring the document he cherishes so much? Why just this part?
I have listened to Mark for YEARS. He has made me so much smarter but now.... if he is blind to 1 issue... an issue so critical to our countries founding and future... what else is he lying about? There is a way to get NBC into the news and have the historical record and definition by Vattel applied to the presidential election in 2012. What is it? Let the Republican nominee choose Marco Rubio for VP. The liberal media would try to ignore Rubio's lack of eligibility at the beginning but they would soon go into a frenzy over the "utter hypocrisy" of the tea party (whom they see as the ultimate racist birthers even if they're not pushing NBC) and the Republican party for embracing racism and xenophobia by not denouncing the tea party.
The only way to blow the NBC issue wide open is for the liberal press to report on it and the only way for them to report on it is for Rubio to run as VP.
It would hurt Obama but I am not certain the liberal media wouldn't throw Obama under the bus for the chance to expose the tea party and Republicans as lying manipulators. The real question is could the liberal media contain itself if Republicans ran an ineligible candidate after all the covering they've done for Obama on this issue? It's not possible.
The liberal media could not stop itself from reporting this story, it would have to seep out of the sewer that is the MSM.
Republicans would be stupid to run Rubio, but the temptation is there and it is the only way the nation will get the NBC issue to the forefront where it belongs.
The nation cannot stand to let foreigners take control of 1/3 of the government. It has happened with Obama and the damage he has done is small compared to what will happen once we are 3-4 deep with foreign influence in our executive branch.
Let Rubio run, support having Rubio run, clear the path for Rubio to run. This is a strategy to squeeze the puss out of the liberal media and GET THEM TO DO WHAT WE WANT THEM TO DO.
What is the worst that will happen? The media says nothing about Rubio and he runs against Obama on a presidential ticket. Ok. NBC is redefined. This is going to happen if Rubio doesn't run, but the only way to stop the redefinition is to support Rubio running and let the MSM expose the whole scam.
The liberals may decide they don't want Obama running anyway and exposing his ineligibility might fall in line with their strategy to oust him.
What about all the laws he's signed until now? Will the liberal media even care if they all went away? Start over with a clean slate? Obama has soiled the liberal/socialist image anyway because he is so inept and weak.

I don't believe you would hear a peep from the main stream media if Rubio was the Republican VP candidate. If anything they would slam the same people who are objecting to Obama's ineligibility if we objected to Rubio on the same grounds.
Rubio would take all the pressure off the scumbags who put the ineligible Obama in office and drive the final nail in the coffin of natural born Citizen and justify the MSM having said nothing about Obama's lack of natural born Citizenship.
After three years of protecting Obama there is no way the MSM would make not being a natural born Citizen an issue, no matter who the candidate might be, or which party they represent.

Let me first say that any thought that the liberal media is going to be an asset in the NBC issue, is....well, a pipe dream. These guys are so rectal cranial for Barry that they would never do anything to contribute to raising this issue. On the other hand, in the feeble minds of the average Joe, they have a stronger argument for Barry than there is for Rubio. At least Barry had one citizen parent. Rubio, zero, zilch, nada. Of course, Barry is a dual citizen - not sure if Rubio is also a Cuban citizen - that's questionable.
No, NBC has not just been redefined, it has been rendered totally inconsequential since nobody of any credibility is standing up. Next time you hear any of the talking heads or politicians talking about how important the constitution is, just think about what an empty hypocritical thing that is to say if you don't believe in all of it. Here's my take on it, okay? You say that you barely graduated from high school, yet you have a lot of something which the so-called intellectuals don't have yet for some reason, which is common sense. J. Madsen, common sense rates so much higher than any intellectual can ever dream up or admit.
See, being so super-intelligent and have a huge law degree doesn't do a thing. I'm not saying that it's wrong to get those things or get a degree. What I'm saying is this, they have kind of bypassed common sense. To have common sense, like you do, means that you have more wisdom to look at things as they should be.
Common sense means a...per Merriam-Webster's.... "sound and prudent judgment based on a simple perception of the situation or facts."
See, common sense is greater than how highly the so-called intellectuals place their mental abilities on.
This is why you see things clearly, and why Levine can't because maybe he thinks that he's too smart (possibly arrogance?), which makes him stupid, but in the meantime, it makes you so much more intelligent because of your common-sense approach.

Levin, Hannity and the rest of them are as "establishment" as the politicians they supposedly disagree with. They talk the talk to make money, but in the end they couldn't care less if this nation collapses. Levin, especially, annoys me. He tries to be some type of cheap ripoff of Michael Savage, who incidentally has admitted that he doesn't talk about Obama's ineligibility because it's bad for his ratings. I emailed Levin a number of times when I was in Afghanistan after he first started railing against birthers and made it clear that he is spitting on the graves of my fallen comrades by ignoring Obama's ineligibility. I can't even imagine having such a platform as he does to make a difference and he is more concerned about making a few bucks then preserving this nation for his kids and grandkids.
I listen to Mark Levin religiously and admire and respect him thoroughly. His adamant refusal to discuss the birther issue is because he knows, and everyone posting should know, that by the time any legal challenge wound it's way through the system it would simply not serve the purpose of its initiation, have O-dumb-o removed from office. And as you see with all challenges that have made it through to the Supremes, it gets thrown out or ruled against. You're better have buying a ticket for the next cruise on the Titanic.

Why is the conceded slowness of the legal process a reason to bury the issue as if it does not exist or does not matter??. IT MATTERS. Why is it verboten for discussion and debate? Unconstitutional is Unconstitutional, by God, and it means something. We are supposed to be a nation of laws, and does it not follow that if the president is not to be bound by any authority then why should anyone else be? Why would Levin simply not say that Obum is unconstitutional and just running the clock out? He won't even venture that far. Weak. This is a form of coverup if i ever saw one, so why is Levin involved in that? Out of one side of his mouth he (and the others) say that everything possible should be done to get Obum out of office, but they refuse to explore this issue, which is rich with potential to challenge eligibility.
