Busted: White House Now Claims They Ordered Short-Form COLB From Hawaii Department Of Health In 2008 Yet COLB Is Date Stamped 2007

Obama Using Two Forged Birth Certificates

The Obama lies keep mounting. I just received a phone call from Pixel Patriot to head over to the White House website and check out the post on Obama's purported long-form birth certificate. After reading the post I was astounded to see what I saw. If you recall, one of the first Obama short-form COLB's posted online was the crease-less, seal-less, redacted COLB that is posted at Obama's FightTheSmears website.

Instead of the White House posting that COLB, or even the short-form with creases and a seal like at Factcheck, Pixel Patriot pointed out to me that they posted a new version of the original COLB in a monochromatic format. That is significant because you can no longer see the patterned background or the date stamp. That new version is a PDF document created from a JPEG image with a date stamp of April 25, 2011 originating from a Snopes message board.

The White House website is attempting to validate a presidential record originally introduced in 2008 to the public by referencing what appears to be a printout from a message board from two days prior. Robert Gibbs is on record admitting that he posted Obama's COLB on the Internet. Why would the White House now choose to source an image of an image which no Hawaii official could legally endorse as being issued from them?

It must be noted that there is no certificate number under the blacked out section of the COLB, now posted at the White House website or the one posted at FightTheSmears website.

Now here is where the big lie begins. If you read the first sentence of the post at the White House you will see that someone is flat out lying as to when the purported short-form COLB was ordered/issued from/by the Hawaii Department of Health.

The first part of the paragraph from the White House website reads:

"In 2008, in response to media inquiries, the President’s campaign requested his birth certificate from the state of Hawaii. The state sent the campaign the President’s birth certificate, the same legal documentation provided to all Hawaiians as proof of birth in state, and the campaign immediately posted it on the internet." -Source.

This date stamp issue was raised before in the past but Factcheck claimed this:

"We asked the Obama campaign about the date stamp and the blacked-out certificate number. The certificate is stamped June 2007, because that’s when Hawaii officials produced it for the campaign, which requested that document and "all the records we could get our hands on" according to spokesperson Shauna Daly. The campaign didn’t release its copy until 2008,..." -Source.

Now that the White House admits they ordered the short-form in 2008 how could the short-form COLB be issued by the state of Hawaii in 2008 when the actual date stamp on the short-form COLB is date stamped June 6th, 2007?

Flashback from the Right Side of Life; - Meet the only 2 people to ever "examine" Obama's SHORT-FORM COLB's. -

The two FactCheck.org employees who were granted access to Obama’s bogus Certification of Live Birth (COLB) are NOT document examiners or experts. Joe Miller has a Ph. D. in Political Philosophy — so he’s a political operative — while Jess Henig has an M.A. in English Literature — I’m not sure her dye-job is a political or esthetic statement.They are a couple of partisan Obots — just what you’d expect — Jess took the photos presented on their webpage and did all of the writing, while Bob basically held the COLB open for Jess to photograph — suitable work for a Ph. D.

Those two are completely unqualified to perform any kind of forensic examination of any document, and FactCheck.org knows it — and so do Henig and Miller.

FactCheck does say their, “representatives got a chance to spend some time with the ‘birth certificate,’ and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago.” In my mind, that clearly shows they were working with and for the Obama Campaign and that Obama and his people are involved in this lie. -Continued here. -Main source.

And this oldie; Hawaii Officials refuse to verify president's online COLBs images released by Obama's campaign and FactCheck.org... In response to a direct question from WND, the Hawaii Department of Health refused to authenticate either of the two versions of President Obama's short-form Certificate of Live Birth, or COLB, posted online – neither the image produced by the Obama campaign nor the images released by FactCheck.org. Janice Okubu, the public information officer for the Hawaii DOH, also had no explanation for why Dr. Fukino's initial press release last October and subsequent press release also avoided declaring the posted images to be of authentic documents.

FactCheck.org, an organization funded by the same left-leaning Annenberg Foundation that also employed Barack Obama and former Weatherman radical bomber Bill Ayers, produced a short-form Obama COLB that was very different in appearance than the campaign released. -Source. And much more here.

Phase 2: I'm going to keep this short and to the point. Since the media refuses to report the real issue surrounding Obama's constitutional eligibility it is time to take our message directly to the American People that have been misled by the media's lies and non-reporting. The American People must be informed about the true nature of Obama's eligibility and document fraud.

I am pleased to announce that two billboards are now erected in Washingtonville, PA., named after our first constitutionally eligible president, that boldly lay out Obama's real problems. The billboards speak for themselves and they're already making an impact in the community. The space and installation for the billboards were provided by small business owner Michael Volin (WheresObamasBirthCertificate.com) who runs Derry Beverage right on route 54 at the intersection of route 254. The ORYR side of the billboard was paid for by a loyal reader of this site, who wishes to remain anonymous, and I covered the cost of the LTC Terry Lakin side. The ORYR art work was produced by Pixel Patriot and the LTC Lakin art was provided by TerryLakinActionFund.com.

I would like to have more billboards erected in other states. The only way this will be possible is if people help contribute funds to have more put up. Leased billboard space is not cheap but there are ways to bypass the high costs of leasing space. If business owners or private property owners would be willing to donate space for a billboard that would cut the costs extensively.

Note: the reason for so much information on the ORYR side was to attract people to actually stop and read the content. Michael informed me that it is working as people are driving by and turning around to actually pull in and get out and read and take pictures of the billboards. The largest newspaper outlet in the area was informed of the billboard by a motorist the day it was erected, hence the front page coverage of the billboard. The local press appear to be just like the big dogs, they only mention the birth certificate.

On a Facebook page, Maya Soetoro-Ng wrote to a woman who had met her in Hawaii after Madelyn Dunham, the mother of Stanley Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro and grandmother to both Maya and Barack, passed away in 2008.

Soetoro-Ng was objecting to having a conversation with a critic of her half-brother, and said she had been misquoted as saying her whole family was Muslim.

She wrote, "I did not say my brother was a Muslim. I did say that I was more philosophically Buddhist. I told you that you were upsetting me. You said that you were not trying to upset me but wanted to know the truth about (Raila) Odinga (a Muslim for whom Barack Obama campaigned in the 2007 presidential race in Kenya). I told you I didn't know who that was and had never met him. Comment by CDR Kerchner (Ret): Is Obama still legally Barry Soetoro in Hawaiian Records?

If Obama was legally adopted in HI and that record is sealed and hidden from the public by the courts as many adoption files are, then what Obama is hiding in his vital records in Hawaii is that his legal name in their vital records system is Barry Soetoro by adoption and name change when adopted by Lolo Soetoro sometime after marrying Stanley Ann Dunham Obama, and Obama never legally changed it back to Obama. Not being able to get a legal COLB in 2007/2008 with the Obama name on it ... he forged the COLB back then. And now he is stuck with the data field entries on that document. And that would explain the need to forge a long form too after picking up copies from Hawaii of his original birth record registration form that won't see the light of day if they do indeed show that said document for Obama shows he was later adopted. So is what Obama is hiding in his Hawaiian vital records is that his legal name is still Barry Soetoro? Food for thought and further investigation.

Obama Releases His Alleged Long Form Certificate of Live Birth But He’s Still Not a Natural Born Citizen

On December 20, 2008, I published an essay entitled, The Two Constitutional Obstacles that Obama Has to Overcome to Be President, accessed at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2008/12/two-constitutional-obstacles-obama-has.html.  I explained that Obama has to first conclusively show that he was born in Hawaii. Having done that, he must still show that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen” which is a child born in the country to citizen parents. I also explained that Obama may be able at some point to show that he was born in Hawaii, which would make him a “citizen” under the Fourteenth Amendment, but that he would not be able to show that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen.”

On April 27, 2011, putative President, Barack Obama, released to the public a digital image on the White House web site of his alleged long form Certificate of Live Birth. A majority of Americans have wanted Obama to confirm that he was in fact born in Hawaii. Yet, Obama refers to these concerned Americans as “sideshows and carnival barkers.” But worst than that, the document that Obama has released raises some very serious issues and confirms a critical piece of information.

The document published on the White House web site (whitehouse.gov) is not a scan of a paper document but rather was built with computer programming by using many electronic layers. A scanned document only has one layer of information. This document has various electronic layers which raises the serious question of whether the document was obviously forged. A big question that the video raises is that this document is so obviously a fake that one wonders whether those who did it are that highly incompetent or did they fake it so badly so as to want to get caught so as to draw attention to it and away from the real issue. Another possible reason for the obvious forgery is that the creators of the forgery unknown to Obama want Obama to get caught at his big game of deceit.

Finally, another possibility for creating such an easily detected forgery is that Obama has the real birth certificate that provides the same information as this forgery. After all, Obama was sure to release to the public correspondence showing how two certified copies of the birth certificate were personally picked up by his personal attorney who flew to Hawaii to get them, paying $10.00 for the first one and $4.00 for the second. This correspondence is also careful to explain how the certificates were obtained from the Hawaii Department of Health. The letter from Loretta J. Fuddy, the Director of the Hawaii Health Department, states: “I have witnessed the copying of the certificate and attest to the authenticity of these copies.” So, they created this forgery to mislead people in thinking that Obama does not have the real birth certificate and to keep the “birthers” screaming for the real document. In the end, he will just show the world that he does have the document and that he was telling the truth all along.

But regardless of whatever game Obama is playing, as we shall see below, the real issue is that Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen and so Obama is not and cannot be a “natural born Citizen.” This is the issue from which Obama cannot hide behind some manipulated computer images.

Regardless of whatever Obama is up to with his new-found long form birth certificate, this new document confirms that Obama is not a “natural born Citizen.” A “natural born Citizen” is a child born in the U.S. to a U.S. citizen father and mother. While place of birth is a necessary element of being a “natural born Citizen,” let us not lose sight of the other necessarily element, i.e., a U.S. citizen father and mother at the time of birth. Even assuming this new long form Certificate of Live Birth to be genuine, what is important to understand about this document is that it confirms who Obama’s father is, a fact that has been debated for quite some time. The document shows that his father is Barack Obama Sr., who we know was a British citizen and never became a U.S. citizen. Hence, the document confirms that Obama is not an Article II “natural born Citizen” and is therefore not eligible to be President. Emer de Vattel, The Law of Nations, Sec. 212-217 (London 1797) (1st ed. Neuchatel 1758); David Ramsay, “A Dissertation on the Manners of Acquiring the Character and Privileges of a Citizen” (1789); The Venus (1814) (Marshall, C.J., concurring and dissenting for other reasons); Inglis v. Sailors’ Snug Harbor (1830); Dredd Scott v. Sandford (1857) (Daniels, J., concurring); Slaughter-House Cases (1872); Minor v. Happersett (1875); Elk v. Wilkins (1884); U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898). No amount of computer manipulation or photoshopping can mislead concerned Americans on this score.

A comment and thought from CDR Kerchner (Ret) on the "assembled" PDF document put out on the internet by Obama:

While this whole "assembled" PDF document the White House put out could be a ruse and trap to further embarrass the "birthers" as Mario considered in his new article, I had another thought. What's to say that the copies given to Obama's lawyer sent to Hawaii, and attested to by Hawaiian officials, actually show the same information on those two paper copies that is now being displayed on the internet in this very badly assembled PDF document.

As I recall the former HI director when interviewed in recent weeks, she said when she saw the alleged original Obama birth registration document she said it was half typed and half hand written. What we are being shown on the net is something that is entirely typed except for the signatures. That does not comport with what the former HI Health Dept Director said.

What if the Obama powers sent the lawyer to Hawaii to provide the necessary cover story that they did get two copies of the Obama vital record there ... but the image on the net now is NOT of the paper copies that they picked up ... say because there is something on it that Obama still does not wish to reveal. So he has a version cooked up once again to put online, and someone screwed up and did not flatten the PDF file prior to release to hide the layers. Would Hawaii officials speak up to affirm or deny that what Obama put on the net is not an image of the copy of what they gave to Obama's lawyer. Or would they keep silent in much the same way they did regarding the Certification document, the short form images on the net since Jun 2008. Remember that Hawaii never confirmed that any of those images on the net were copies of something that they issued. Hawaii has been very willing to cooperate with Obama's stonewalling and game playing regarding the vital records in HI for Obama. And, Obama is playing such a cat and mouse game with the American electorate about all his hidden records that one can never tell with him as to what is real or what is memorex. It is a disgrace how this administration is treating the American citizenry. And the main stream media does not call him out on this and instead helps and enables Obama to conduct such offensive disinformation tactics on the American electorate. Journalism no longer exists in this nation. The media should be ashamed.

Just putting this out as food for thought as to what the usurper, conman, and grifter in the White House is up to this time.

– Documents obtained from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service through a Freedom of Information Act request offer evidence that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

A memo dated Aug. 31, 1961 from William Wood of Immigration and Naturalization Services indicates that Barack Obama, Sr., was attending the University of Hawaii on a student visa and that a son, Barack Obama, II, was born in Honolulu on Aug, 4, 1961.

The memo refers to Obama Sr.’s plans to attend the University of Hawaii for one more year to obtain his bachelor’s degree in economics, and that his spouse, a United States citizen, plans to work at the university.

“They have one child born Honolulu on 8/4/1961 – Barack Obama II, child living with mother (she lives with her parents & subject resides at 1482 Alencastre St.),” the memo states.

Documents also show that Obama, Sr. entered the country in 1959, and received several extensions to his visa prior to being denied in July, 1964.

A memo from Lyle H. Dahlim of the INS, written in April, 1961, says the agency “recommend(s) that Subject be closely questioned before another extension is granted – and denial be considered. If his USC (United States Citizen) wife tries to petition for him make sure an investigation is conducted as to the bona-fide of the marriage.”

The wife is Stanley Ann Dunham, the President’s mother, who married Obama, Sr., in February, 1961.

The documents also show that the CIS investigated the elder Obama as a polygamist, having a wife in Kenya and a “wife and child in Honolulu.” Dahlim’s memo adds that “Polygamy is not an excludable or deportation charge as Subject is a non-immigrant.”

Documents show that Obama, Sr. was denied an extension on his student visa in July, 1964, in part because Harvard University, where Obama, Sr., was a Ph.D. candidate, sought his removal. Obama Sr. eventually left the United States willingly after becoming an illegal alien for remaining in the country past the expiration of his visa.

An INS investigator, M.F. McKeon, wrote “They (Harvard officials) weren’t very impressed with him and asked us to hold up action on his application until they decided what action they could take in order to get rid of him. They were apparently having difficulty with his financial arrangements and couldn’t seem to figure out how many wives he had.”

Documents show that Harvard officials considered Obama, Sr. to be a “slippery character,” and conspired with the INS to have him deported.

Inquiries with the White House were not immediately returned.

The revelation of the handwritten memo mentioning the President’s birth comes as lawmakers across the country grapple with so-called “birther” bills, with Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer vetoing proposed legislation requiring all candidates for any office to produce a birth certificate prior to their name appearing on the ballot. Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, however, has said he will sign a similar bill.

Who are the suspect people in Hawai’i who would go to great lengths to produce such a blatant forgery and conspire to defraud the American people. Let’s look at the players in Hawai’i and consider the stakes:

Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D. State Registrar and Chief of the Office of Health Status Monitoring of the Hawaii Department of Health. President of NAPHSIS Nat’l Ass’n for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems working withCanada, Mexico, the United Nations and the U.S. Government to re-engineer the national and international vital and health statistics systems to be prepared against threats of international terrorism, identity fraud, and the electronic registration of birth and death vital events. May 15, 2001 stopped issuance of copies of long form BC’s.

Chiyome Fukino, Former Dir. HI Dept of Health. The only person to claim she saw Obama’s actual BC in a bound book in a vault at the DOH. She continued to embellish her story as time went on ramping up to the eventual release of the forgery.

Joshua Wisch, Spokesman for HI AG Office. Former chair of Howard Dean Presidential campaign in Hawai’i. Howard Dean, Failed Secretary of Health & Human Services and Surgeon General appointee to Obama’s cabinet. Former chairman DNC.

Brian E. Schatz, Former chairman Hawai’i DNC now Lt. Gov. When chair of DNC changed wording of 2008 Hawai’i OCON which necessitated a hasty trip for Obama to HI to meet with Schatz in time for the filing deadline. The trip was marketed as a visit to his dying grandmother.

Neil Abercrombie, Former US Rep from Hi left his post early to campaign in HI for Gov. Well known socialist and friend of Obama Sr. was supported by unions and organized crime in Hawai’i and is now governor. It is my opinion that Abercrombie truly believed Obama was born in HI because he did know Obama as a young boy. He is on record however that when he visited Obama Sr. in Kenya he was surprised that Sr. never brought up his alleged wife and child in HI. Abercrombie is also on record saying he could not find a birth certificate for Obama as he promised to do upon becoming gov. It is from personal knowledge that I charge Abercrombie as a drug user and cut from the same cloth as Obama who has admitted to drug use. Another close friend in HI Bobby Titcomb was recently arrested for soliciting a prostitute in Honolulu. Titcomb is Obama’s inseparable Punahou classmate buddy and parties at his Waialua beach house whenever in HI. ###

Many Americans were shocked yesterday when President Obama finally released his long-form birth certificate from the state of Hawaii. The real surprise, however, is that for the past three years, our democratic institutions did not address the matter. The media refused to tackle this issue with the same investigative drive with which they investigated Watergate, President Clinton’s alleged indiscretions and the George W. Bush administration’s missteps in Iraq; the courts declined to hear a single case on the issue; and Congress failed to hold any hearings on the matter.

Perhaps the saddest part of this story is its ending.

Mr. Obama did not release the birth certificate because the media pressured him or because the courts actually listened to one of the many cases that were filed. He released it because an obsessed billionaire threatened his electability in 2012, which forces us to ask the question: What good are our democratic institutions if they don’t stand up for the people?

Journalists did not address the fact that the president was refusing to resolve an issue about his constitutional eligibility.
