Hatfield - "We must assume they [Obama and Jablonski] just don't have the evidence for the claims they are making.
... we have of course asked him [Judge Malihi] to look at the issue of the contemptuous behavior of the defendant and the defense counsel for failing to appear and failing to comply with the lawful 'notice to produce,' which that I served upon them asking them for certain documents to produce and for the defendant to appear at the hearing. We hope the court take that under advisement as well."

The copy of both BCs was entered to show Obama's dad was not a U.S. citizen. They conceded to its authenticity, otherwise they could not support the claim of the father's citizenship based on that document.
Exactly what part of that do you not get? It's not exactly rocket science.
A US Citizen includes 2 subcategories
natural born citizens with 2 US citizen parents, child born on US soils (a citizen by nature)
and
STATUTORY (via Article I Section 8) naturalized-by-oath or naturalized-at-birth citizens by STATUTE (they are citizens by virtue of manmade laws)

I like the first attorney's final remarks (about 4:00): "How I feel about it? I'm appalled, uh essentially the precedent that was attempted to be set here by the President of the United States was that defendants can simply refuse to participate and still win. That's what he wants to have happen here. He wants to still be on the ballot in Georgia despite the fact that a legitimate Court in Georgia said you shall be here, your attorneys shall be here and he said no. Now what that means is we have a President of the United that is ignoring the third branch of our Constitutional form of government. In other words the Executive Branch is now saying that the Judicial Branch has no authority over him. And that endangers the very nation and in my opinion is an impeachable offense."
I'm impressed with this guy. My question is...is he right in what he says? Can a President legally ignore the Courts? And is it an impeachable offense? Where are our Congress people?

Submitting the COLB and BC doesn't make it legit, it does put forward that Obama has stated by his own words and by his own acceptance of the documents that his father was from Kenya and not a US citizen. The authenticity still isn't known until you see the original and have something to compare it too.
I personally don't thnk it exists or he would have at least submitted one of the copies he supposedly just recieved.
Look for a new one to come out stating his dad was someone else that was a US citizen and he will just say, "But,but,but that's what I was told." He will merely blame someone else, blame it on racism somehow and try to play the victim.
Sadly many people will still say "Uh, okay."
"Arpaio gets more obot threats" I read about that too. I also read a couple of weeks ago where one of his deputies was killed, although the suspected gunman was also killed at that time. I've never seen any follow up on the circumstances. How many deputies in your neighborhood have been killed lately? Not many in mine in many years. When I first read that story I thought...maybe the thugs are trying to send a message? Am I alone in this? Regardless, look what blatant lawlessness in government does to the confidence of its citizens. Mine is totally sunk. I think, if they will do this...why not this?
To JOJO; Natural born citizens must have a mother and father who are US citizens. The constitution requires the president be a natural born citizen. It is specific to the position of president so he does not have divided loyalties.
An American citizen is is a citizen of the US and could be naturalized.
Some will try to make you believe that the 14th amendment that addresses new rules for immigration and naturalization changes the requirements for prez, they do not and here is why; it's called rules for construction. Every law must be specific to the subject and if a law supersedes or nullifies a previous law, that has to written into the law. The new immigration and naturalization did not say they amended, altered, superseded, or in any way requirements for president. So, natural born citizen stands tall.
Obama does not qualify if that is his real name.
Look for things to get really nasty. Nobama is raising tons of money for reelection. I just read at politico.com that he raised $40 million in the last three months of 2011 and that he has $82 million in his war chest with $3 million worth of debts.
He can buy the best left wing attorneys, liberal judges, government officials and new birth documents with that kind of cash.
If Obama comes out (lol) and says Malcom X is his daddy or any other citizen of US, it matters. He has put out that ObamaI is his Dad, the BC makes it legal. He was elected as a son of a Kenyan, how can he now expect anyone to just say *oh well, poor kid just didn't know* ?
As far as Congress goes why have they been trying to redefine NBC 8 times since 2003????

so ..the obama lawyers were actively involved in this legal battle, right up until the day it was obvious that they would have to actually argue their case on the merits ...then ..they suddenly get cold feet and boycott the hearing entirely .

He's impressive indeed. He's never won a case in federal court that can be found. If he has it must be in the state courts where he's won or settled cases in what is his real practice, patent law
He claims to have many class action suits in progress against the DNC and others, asks people to donate and that joins them as plaintiffs in class actions that do not exist, etc. He's so impressive that he seems to believe the hearing was in the judicial branch when it was in the executive... very impressive indeed.

In some cases, yes, some courts can be ignored for certain reasons. This was not a court. Neither Mr. Jablonski nor Obama were ordered to appear, neither had to. The subpoena was unenforceable, no attorney, without an order has to attend anything if the client tells him not to.
As for Mr. Hatfield's Order to Produce, that was responded to and the judge has never ruled on it. The answer would have been no on all but one request anyway. All the other documents he requested were irrelevant to being eligible.

Indeed...the first time in over three years that Obama is given the opportunity to prove this is in fact "sillyness" he's AWOL.

According to Orly Taitz, Obama's Georgia Attorney has sent certified copies of Obama's long form, Hawaii birth certificate to Judge Malihi and to Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp.
We'll soon know whether Judge Malihi and SOS Kemp have accepted those two long form certified copies as legitimate or not.

Our country has gone down a road where our children look up and wonder if anyone in leadership has integrity. Few leaders have touched an honest approach to the shadowy skullduggery surrounding the 2008 election...and the world is just suppose to be okay with it.
Teenagers and young adults are in tune with what is going on and watching to see how we make decisions and lead. We can't blame them for not being engaged if we can't make them believe that "right" is worth championing for.
Politicians came become president. Only leaders can effectively serve as Commander-in-Chief.
Young people serving in our Armed Forces and fighting our wars have more integrity than the person sitting in the White House who has an powerful role in deciding where they fight and maybe die.
