Western Journalism has released an exclusive must watch video of today’s (March 27,2012) news conference at the Arizona Capitol announcing new legislation based on Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s investigation findings.
State Representative Carl Seel, who introduced the bill, was joined by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, State Senator Lori Klein, and others in support of the bill. Important new information was revealed during the news conference including a request by Sheriff Joe Arpaio to the current head of the Selective Service Board to investigate the criminal forgery committed in the case of Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration. Inaddion, Carl Seel reveals some of the resistance that other Republicans are creating to stop the bill from even heading to a vote.
The bill will require Barack Obama, or any candidate seeking to be on the Arizona ballot, to certify eligibility for the office they are seeking. This will essentially require Barack Obama to certify his eligibility if he wants to be on the ballot this year in Arizona. This could potentially be a game-changing piece of legislation.

Sheriff Joe and co. continually beat around the bush. This bill will never see the light of day. Worse, every person in that room knows Soetoro is an illegal alien and all they talked about was some useless bill. It was mentioned the investigation will continue. Sounds like they're buying Soetoro more time. The real question is, why don't they inform the American public that the country has been taken over? There cannot possibly be any doubt in anyone's mind.
Sounds good, anybody running for office should have been swearing they are eligible to run all along. The thing about the selective service registration is Obama signed it. If it is a forgery he signed off on it and was in on it.
I am looking forward to Sheriff Joe's news conference on the 31st of March.

In our Republican Constitution the Sovereigns are the masters. The politicians are servants of the Sovereigns. It is suppose to be like this from the start to future of our nation, until our Constitution was obscured by the elected politicians because it limits their being subjects to the Sovereigns. The reverse has been going on since and the elected politicians are the masters while the Sovereigns are the servants. Apply the reversal dictum in the case of a Usurper and its enablers. Dr. Orly is suggesting that Sheriff Joe isn't conducting this case as a criminal investigation at all. He's just holding press conferences. She says that his "first and foremost duty of a sheriff, is to forward his official report of criminal activity to the District Attorney for prosecution. If he is refusing to submit the official report, nothing will be done. He can submit his report to his District attorney, who will prepare the case for the grand jury. After the grand jury indictment the District attorney will file the indictment for trial."

Officaials in the state of Hawaii have confirmed his birth and provided physical evidence of that fact in the form of two certified long form birth certificates and his short form COLB. Two Directors of Health have stated that the documents were generated by information they have on record that they have personally witnessed.
MCSO and the CCP never at anytime disproved this fact.
Also, according to the Hawaii AG, no one from the CCP or MCSO ever contacted their offices to inform them that they were doing an investigation and request assistance and cooperation.
It's a shame that when at the press conference where the LFBC was revealed that Les Kinsolving elected not to examen the document when he had a chance. He could have taken photos, examened the seal, checked the registrar stamps, etc. He could have saved the CCP alot of time and effort if those images matched the one on the internet. The photos that another reporter took certainly do, showing date, stamp, and seal.
I'm still waiting for an excuse as to why the sheriff hasn't submitted his findings to the DA. Will someone who knows the sheriff please ask him that question? We need to know. As usual, something is, and has been, amiss with this sheriff. As we speak, the sheriff is either a coward, traitor, or both. Not just the Maricopa Sheriff, but every sheriff nationwide is a coward and a traitor. Their silence proves it. We're all big on talk, but haven't got a clue when it comes to action. And for this crises to be resolved, action is going to be needed, no matter what.
Maybe I am a pessimist but with all the evidence that shows this guy is a criminal and an usurper, if there are not higher up powers who are willing to force the issue via hearings or arrest by now, its not going to happen. Once Obama is reelected, all the laws will be changed to protect him that have not already been changed or covered via executive order.
Sheriff Joe means well but he is not the authority figure to take this on from a legal standpoint or he would have taken action by now. He is hoping someone higher up in government will hear him and take the reigns now that he has gotten the information. This is up to Congress or someone in it. Even if the few who know the deal refuse to do it becuase they dont think they have enough votes, action has to be taken so we can make each Senator and Congressperson put their position on the record. Then we know who the traitors are and once the information we have that clearly shows the crimes of this foreigner who made up the name Barack Obama and became President through a combination of fraud and desperation of a dumbed down public, we know who the enemy is. Everyone in a position of power just ignores the issue so they dont have to take the obvious stand and jeopardize anyone questioning their loyalties.
WE dont need more press conferences or information, we have enough. If what we have will not get this man arrested or atleast hearings started with positions made known to consituents, then we know we have been overthrown in a bloodless coup and then we will see if we have the desire to react like our brothers back in 1776.
If the government wont take the proper action, the people soon will but what sad is the laziest members of our society will march over a hooded thug who deservedly got killed yet we cant organize any similar type of march over an issue which is much more serious, the death of our Constitution.

Since no one challenged the form in a criminal court, signing it fraudulently was not an issue.
I have no doubt that Obama would sign a new form from Arizona and put the onus on anyone challenging it to prove that he isn't a natural born citizen.
In American criminal courts, the prosecution has the burden of proof, not the defense. They teach that at Harvard Law School, even to the affirmative action students.

The proper course of action that would be applied to any other person would be for all evidential findings to be turned over to a prosecuting attorney, charges drawn up and presented to a criminal court for issuance of an arrest warrant, and the subsequent arrest effected wherever he is found.
There is no doubt that he must be charged with treason at the very least, and we know what the end result of a conviction of treason is.

The Sheriff is the most powerful law enforcement in the nation. If Arpaio has "probable cause" as he claims, that's all he needs. He can walk into the White House today with an arrest warrant and a pair of shiny bracelets and pink panties for the usurper and there isn't a damn thing anyone can do about it.
Instead, we get press conferences. What gives?
