National Archives document casts doubt on 'natural-born' status
Although the name of Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is mentioned more than any other as a potential GOP vice presidential candidate, a document found in the National Archives raises questions about whether the popular U.S. senator is actually qualified constitutionally to serve as president or vice president.
The Petition for Naturalization on behalf of Mario Rubio, the senator’s Cuban father, has been retrieved from the National Archives and posted online by the PixelPatriot website, confirming that Marco Rubio was about four years old when his parents became U.S. citizens. Specifically, Mario Rubio was naturalized as an American citizen in 1975, based on the Sept. 9, 1975, date on the petition; Marco Rubio was born in 1971.
So why would all this matter insofar as the senator’s eligibility to serve as vice president? The question is whether Rubio is a “natural born citizen” – constitutionally required of all presidents – a unique citizenship status defined by the Founding Fathers, according to many legal experts, as being the offspring of two citizens of the country.

Thankfully, Lady Liberty has made it easy for all at the expense of her own life and freedom (and dime in many cases).
He can voluntarily testify on the stand in front of a Judge.
That said, standing on the steps of the court and yelling like a madman is not a bad idea either. Get some sings, a bullhorn ect... Others have done it. (Think Teresa Cao) While you still can. In the near future (if not sooner) this kind of manifestation will brand you a "Terrorrist".

You assume the rule of law is still in place. It does not matter what it is when the leadership has been usurped as what has happened here.
We have Republican and Democratic traitors currently running our government. The act of taking it over requires hanging ie Obama, Pelosi, McCain as well as well as others behind the scenes and we have misprison of treason by those who took an oath and do nothing. Bill and Hilary Clinton needs to be in prison and other leaderships have varying degrees of responsibility. All of our military leaders need to be arrested for treason.
The problem is those in power dont care about all this if they live the 1% lifestyle. They are not rocking the boat to give that up especially if their family is threatened.
The question comes down to whether we have 5-10% of the population who will rise up and violently take our country back. The odds are no because people who get free handouts from the gvt will not and those that work but are not rich, which is where you will get your rebels, will be hard to motivate in numbers because even if they are barely above poverty, they still eat well and have big screens with cable.
Until the day to day life of the average american is reduced to that of the equivalent to Mexico or Africa, there will be no violent reponse and Obama and his ilk will consolidate power. You wait until this fixed election is over and then you will see the real Obama.
I pray that we have a modern day George Washington somewhere out there because without him, we will soon be Venezuela and in 50 years we are Zimbabwe with the 20% white population living in Montana like Pioneers while the blacks, latinos, and arabs fail to produce causing our country to be an even bigger shit hole because there is no money being earned to pay out all the lazy do nothings.

Instead of nipping the problem in the bud, our government watchmen at the gate who are failing to protect and defend against all threats, both foreign and domestic, could possibly bring upon themselves through default, the wrath of the American citizens, who could become heavily armed and unified, to repel any unconstitutional socialist agenda. This is not a direct threat, but just a general observation.
