Statement by Larry Klayman, Esq. on Florida Ballot Challenge
Mr. Klayman, Founder of Judicial Watch, Freedom Watch and the only one to ever successfully sue a sitting President, is representing Mike Voeltz, of Plantation, FL in his “Obama” ballot challenge.
I took this case on in my private capacity because it is at the epicenter of not only a major Constitutional crisis, but one of which most people are completely unaware, or they have allowed themselves to be convinced is merely a ‘sideshow’ promoted by ‘carnival barkers.’ Thank you for that colorful, but inaccurate imagery, Mr. Obama.
My work on the case representing Jerome Corsi vs Esquire, on defendant’s alleged attempted suppression of the “Where’s the Birth Certificate” book, made me aware of how outrageous the fraud of forged documents and stolen identity is. This is major; unprecedented for a (putative) sitting “President” of the USA. Even if that wasn’t the case, he would still be ineligible for the office, supported by his own admission that his father was never a citizen. Centuries of settled law established that.
So I looked at all this, looked at over 100 lost cases to date, looked at the solid opposition of Republicrat officials, media, courts, Congress, agencies, and still thought—I simply must do something. There must be at least one honest judge left in our troubled nation, one who will review the overwhelming evidence in a properly pleaded case and rule that this usurper doesn’t belong on the Florida ballot. We already have more than enough evidence to get Obama out—we simply need someone to do the right thing. I’ll do my part, if judges – and enough citizens – do theirs.
Why Florida?
- We can file in any one of numerous counties
- Quite a few of those counties are very conservative
- I like Florida, the third biggest state, which is electorally vote-rich, and where I have lived for many years, worked very successfully on the Gore vs. Bush and other cases, and know my way around the landscape—and the law – here. Indeed, I ran for the U.S. Senate myself in Florida in 2004.
- If we can knock Obama off the ballot in Florida he cannot win the 2012 presidential elections. It’s that simple.
Currently, the case has been filed, amended once, and is now preparing discovery. We anticipate interrogatories, fending off a motion to dismiss, and a hearing, with witnesses, evidence. We intend to rectify the injustice inflicted upon registered Democrat plaintiff Michael Voeltz in having an ineligible candidate fraudulently talk his way onto the ballot of the great state of Florida. In doing so, we will also benefit millions and millions of other citizens of Florida and our beloved nation. In the event we should not succeed in that mission, we will still succeed in exposing the crimes of AKA Barack Hussein Obama and his enablers, rendering re-election an impossibility, something the Republicans have so far been unable—or unwilling—to do.

Those do not prove birth in Hawaii. They don't even list a place of birth. Those were only generated by a list sent from the DOH not the hospital.
On top of that children not even born in Hawaii have been listed in the newspaper announcements.

Those 1961 Hawaii birth announcements were an obvious attempt by the Dunham family to allow Obama Sr. to remain in the US and continue his education.
The so-called 'marriage' of Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham was a complete sham. The US State Department knew it and even commented on it in their own files and official Reports. [All of the documents are readily available on the Internet.] There is no evidence that they ever lived together as a "family" for even one day.
Good luck to Klayman. The cards are definately stacked against him. Hopefully he can succeed where others have failed.
Removing Obama by arrest or keeping him off the ballot is the only way we will be able to defeat him. Think about it, if he and the people that put him in position went to all this trouble to groom him, hide identities, and then chill all talk from ALL authorities and main stream media, including the opposition media and if you listened Corsi's interview with the Democrats for Hillary they make the case that the Obomanites have no problem stuffing ballot boxes....there is no way we are going to get rid of this guy by election.

That is a bald-faced lie by Klayman. A Complaint and Amended Complaint have indeed been filed. No Answer nor Motion to Dismiss have been filed. They are not in discovery.
In fact, the summonses were just issued on 4/12. There is not even a return of service docketed yet.

Two things are true in that sentence: the case has been filed and amended. However, Mr. Klayman is either lying or delusional, because his case is not in discovery.
Another media test is also in play, when the Klayman gets involved major media outlets normally report on it. We'll see how silent they are. If the black out continues it re-affirms the orchestrated efforts of conspiracy. We should not fear Slapinskys for calling this epic deceit on America a CONSPIRACY. It is in fact. We await the treason charges when the coverup unravels.That will involve a lot of people. One honest judge, one honest military officer, one honest citizen all combined will expose the fraud of barry soetero.
Klayman will never do anything to remove Obama from office. Only voters will.

It doesn't make any difference where he was born. The bottom line is that his father was not a U.S. citizen - therefore Obama does not meet the natural born citizen requirements of our constitution and is not eligible to hold the office of president.
A Republican has no chance to win in Maryland either. From Mayors to City Councils to County Executives to County Councils to State Representatives to the Governor...liberal/progressive Democrats OWN Maryland.

The problems with your theories are that (1) Family members and friends did not submit birth announcements to the newspapers. Both Honolulu newspapers have confirmed that they only took birth, death and marriage statistics directly from the Health Bureau, as it was called in 1961. If you look at the Obama birth announcement, it's in a section of the papers called "Health Bureau Statistics."

The Obama divorce decree which is available online state that the Ann Dunham and Barack Obama were "legally married in Wailuku on the Island of Maui on February 2, 1961 by a person duly authorized to perform marriage ceremonies and ever since then and are now husband and wife."

Madelyn Dunham, wise enough to predict correctly that the man who'd fathered her grandson would be a dead-beat dad and not too anti-American to realize that American citizenship comes with benefits and opportunities, filed the paperwork to secure both a certification of live birth and American citizenship for her Kenyan-born grandson as soon as her daughter returned home to the States with the child. When the state registrar gave it the rubber stamp to register the birth of the child in Hawaii (home birth with no witness except Madelyn, herself, of course) and issue the certification of live birth, that data went into the state's vital records. Vital records of births were regularly sent to the two newspapers to be printed in the papers' birth announcements sections.

If you've followed this case from the beginning, and assuming you can read (see docket above) you would know he is not anywhere near discovery in this case if it in fact ever gets to that point, which is doubtful.

I agree, the fix is in. Oscama will win. He could lose 60-40 but the electoral college is already bought and paid for. They will vote for Obama and there is nothing we will be able to do about it. People will scream to change the law, but it will be too late. The damage will be done. There is no dispute. The docket speaks for itself. The defendants have not yet (at least as of yesterday) even been served, much less the case being in discovery or anywhere near discovery.
Klayman provided totally false information, easily verifiable that it is false.

The only way for this to work is to find a Judge who is terminally ill or one who is willing to risk his life and that of his/her family. Recent cases in NH, GA, and NJ all had judges that "found a way out"-----I wish I were more optimistic. I have been pounding the table on this since 2008.
