FAUX NEWS LIVES UP TO THE NAME ITS MANY CRITICS HAVE GIVEN IT...MYSELF INCLUDED.

Funny that now you can be born in the Phillipines and be eliageble for POTUS. The constitution is dead.

I used to enjoy Fox News, but now they're just like the rest os MSM. I don't trust them to bring the truth to the American people.

@bobsbox

Does anyone still watches them?

This was done deliberately to mock Natural Born eligibility. Fox news has become the face of Alinsky tactics and are using them on anyone who defends the entire constitution instead of the bits and pieces Fox and the republicans prefer. I hope they all burn in hell and soon. Fox = RNC RNC = Fox If we're doomed let it happen now! I want this fight in my lifetime.
I'm not anonymous I'm Bob M. from Ohio

I'm all OK with Tebow running for VP so long as he has no divided loyalties. I see from the list at the following link that the Philippines does not grant birthright citizenships as the United States stupidly does: https://www.numbersusa.com/content/learn/issues/birthright-citizenship/nations-granting-birthright-citizenship.html

Therefore, Tebow would not have divided loyalties, assuming both of his parents were American citizens at the time of his birth. Sadly, the same can't be said for that SOB squatting in the White House.

I'm with Bob of Ohio in this being a fight we want to have. If Fox and the GOP keep fucking up their chances to do the right thing, one can only imagine how furious the lash-back will be. We may be slow to anger, but God help those who are on the wrong side when the tipping point is reached.

Everyday is like groundhog day with obama's eligibility. Me and other people are getting tired of the same bs over and over and over again. We must find 100 percent proof that obama was born in kenya and that he is still a indonesian citizen. That is the only way he will be removed from office before the election. WE MUST FIND IT,NOT ANYBODY ELSE,WE MUST FIND IT, THE PEOPLE THAT COME TO THIS SITE EVERYDAY MUST FIND THE INFORMATION. These court cases,ballot challenges,appeals,signed petetions,and sheriff joe are not going to help anything and WILL NOT GET HIM REMOVED FROM OFFICE!!!

I happened to catch that today while I was sitting in a doctor's office waiting room. I couldn't believe the double standards. They say nothing of bo's ineligibility, but they say something about Tebow's ineligibility according to the constitution. What a joke. They need to do some real reporting and investigating. Bo is the biggest fraud ever to occupy the WH illegally.

They actually define "natural born Citizen" in the Philippine Constitution, but no, there is no "birthright citizenship", and birth before 1973 provides matrileal citizenship if the child elects at the age of majority. So there would be no Philippine citizenship acquired by Tebow-- he would have to naturalize. McCain, on the otherhand, could have elected Panamanian citizenship by election of residence at majority. Both would probably be deemed nbC by the SCOTUS due to singular allegiance, if asked.

ARTICLE IV
CITIZENSHIP

Section 1. The following are citizens of the Philippines:

Those who are citizens of the Philippines at the time of the adoption of this Constitution;

Those whose fathers or mothers are citizens of the Philippines;

Those born before January 17, 1973, of Filipino mothers, who elect Philippine Citizenship upon reaching the age of majority; and

Those who are naturalized in the accordance with law.

Section 2. Natural-born citizens are those who are citizens of the Philippines from birth without having to perform any act to acquire or perfect their Philippine citizenship. Those who elect Philippine citizenship in accordance with paragraph (3), Section 1 hereof shall be deemed natural-born citizens.

Section 3. Philippine citizenship may be lost or reacquired in the manner provided by law.

Section 4. Citizens of the Philippines who marry aliens shall retain their citizenship, unless by their act or omission they are deemed, under the law to have renounced it.

Section 5. Dual allegiance of citizens is inimical to the national interest and shall be dealt with by law.

Obama did not ask, because he would have been deemed ineligible due to divided allegiance--- so he didn't ask.

Rubio can't run his isn't a NBC?

Anonymous said...[Reply]

To California Dualer:
The fact remains, Tebow is only a statutory US Citizen, and no statutory US Citizen is eligible to be president per the now defunct constitution.

Anonymous said...[Reply]

If the Repubs are stupid enough to select a VP candidate that is not NBC by the traditional definition - Citizen parents & born in US jurisdiction, I will NOT vote for their ticket.
My Oath (4 times) forbids it.

Anonymous said...[Reply]

I believe the leftiecommiepsychopaths want Rubio because he's, to them, not a natural born citizen, and it nullifies the complaint about Obama.

In fact Rubio's parents were born in Cuba when it was a US protectorate under the Platt Amendment, and then Marco was born in the USA. US Protectorate-born persons are US Citizens, just like Puerto Ricans.

I'll do worse than that: I'll vote for the Nword!

The GOP has given us a choice:

A communist Muslim from Kenya.

or

A communist Mormon from the People's Republic of Massachusetts.

Give me a Flukeing break!

Anonymous @ 5:31PM:

I don't know if you're right or wrong about that, but let's just say it's true. Now the controversy stirred up a few months ago about Rubio's parents attempting to repatriate to Cuba and then returning to Florida and question marks about their visas makes sense. It appears, from what I'm getting from this, is that the administration was accusing Rubio of not being an NBC because his parents attempted to move back to Cuba. Am I right on this?

I think it is absurd how people discredit Mormons and say it is a cult and say what it is all about and what they do and most all of what they say is completely false... Mitt Romney doesn't seem to be a true Mormon if he were he would be anti-same sex marriage anti-abortion and wouldn't have ever flip-flopped on either one even if being anti-abortion and anti-same sex marriage cost him the election.... Don't say I won't vote for him because he is a Mormon.... say I won't vote for him because he is a liberal I won't vote for him because he doesn't stand for the Constitution and against Obama's ineligibility.... but if the choice comes down between Obama and Romney of course I will choose Romney only because he seems to be the lesser of 2 evils and is as far as I know a natural born citizen.... I don't think Mittens could be worse than Ozero but you never know

I don't pay any attention to ANY news service...get mine off the internet from foreign news services...at least they can report the news with out using the EXACT same lingo as the big three.

I Tell it Like it is said...[Reply]

How does Fox News know this. Maybe Tebow has a BC that shows he is eligible. It may be a forgery, but now a forgery seems to be accepted by the courts.

@bobsbox
