I just lost a lot of respect for Larry Elder. He refuses to look at the mountain of evidence that Barry is a complete and total fraud.

Not sure if Elder has been threatened or what, he's normally a very smart man. "If there's something to it"? A freakin well respected, high profile law enforcement agency just proved he released 2 fraudulent docs to the American people. If this guy thinks Obama is going to lose, he's out of his mind. Off topic but I just saw an article on the Today show, where an American mother in Israel with invitro twins tried to register her babies as US citizens was denied. It seems very similar to the president. Born outide US and no verifiable father, no citizenship. She is mad. She probably has a right to be. Someone ought to grab her plead her case to the ageless, fatherless, felonious, mystery man in chief.

Nothing he has done is legitimate, if he is not eligible!He should not be allowed to run for office, because he should never have been allowed to run in the first place! How much more basic can the merits get than that? Wasn't the Constitution written to prevent usurpers? To put the rule of law over the rule of men? Who are you, Larry, to decide the Constitution's qualifactions don't matter, and that there should be an election decided on what you think the merits are? You are no better than any of the others that think that way, and support the Usurper by your thoughts, and inaction.

Wannabe white man Larry Elder gives blacks like Obama a pass. The idea that blacks are just like other people and that they commit crimes is something that Larry can't stomach.
Larry's personal psychology would take a very big book to describe and analyse. In many ways Larry and Barack are identical.
Larry really respects Barack because Obama has adopted white speech style as he has. He just differs with his politics somewhat. But deep inside Larry, everything is about race, just as it is with Obama. Larry tries to hide it, while Obama usually does not.
But here is the weakness in his so-called argument.
He say's eligibility is not important...let's defeat him (O) on his performance.
If this were the surgeon who is going to perform a life threatening operation on Larry's mother and he is unmasked as a fake - someone whose credentials are proven to be bogus - would you expect to see Larry pursuing a legal effort to put that guy in jail? He already knows that law enforcement has provided enough evidence for a full blown investigation into Obama's fraudulent credentials. Where's the difference?

These guys (Bari's Army) are masters of reading between the lines and “reverse compliance,” that is, not doing what is obviously required but not codified in law. If the law doesn’t address it, then there is no requirement to do anything, so they do exactly that.
I suppose that the true responsible party is the Democratic Party of each state to ensure that whoever they put on the ballot is qualified and NOT the state government. It looks like the state governments simply take the parties’ word that their candidates are duly qualified. Once again, Reverse Compliance.
Who is the statutory entity in state and/or the federal government to ensure that all candidates are duly qualified to run for and hold public office? The answer is most likely NONE.
Larry says at 2:18 in the video that he is basing his opinion on the fact that Hillary and her attack machine didn't bring it up.
I actually used think this was a pretty good argument. But in the last two weeks we've learned from DEMOCRATS who worked in the Hillary campaign that Bill Clinton's best friend was murdered and there were threats that Chelsea Clinton would be next if Bill made an issue of this.
I don't think these Beltway talking heads are stupid or out of touch with anything political. That's their business and their road to riches. The worm has turned. Larry Elder was the most influential thinker in my conversion from default liberal to constitutional conservative. I lobbied hard for his return to radio after his unfair firing, caused by his calling out his "Republican" co-hosts on air for voting for Obama. Sadly, nothing - and no one - ever stays the same. I am deeply disappointed at his attitude on this, too.
