Apparently Tony doesn't understand that Obama is impeachment proof, no matter what he does or whether the Dems or Repubs control the House and Senate.

The Farrar appeal will most likely be denied in the next ten days according to docket filing dates.

Absolutely correct and a prosecuting attorney who will convene a Grand Jury investigation in any jurisdiction where Obama's name was on the ballot is what is needed.

The fact there is not one person in power to push a prosecution or Congressional hearing tells us that as long as we are living well, we will not rock the boat. The elites with judgeships, prosecutor, or other elite government jobs are not about to sacrifice their great way of life to go after an usurper, even in the highest office. It is going to take peasants with guns to do it but why would they when their hero is in office taking money from the hard working successful to give to the poor and lazy to build his base.
Unchecked corruption will be the ultimate downfall of our country. If you think there is anything that can be done short of a violent revolution you are blind. "Attorney General Eric Holder, while agreeing to do some homework he got assigned by an appellate judge, tried to defend his boss. He should have stuck to the homework.
Holder was trying to smooth over a mess made by President Obama when he basically threatened the "unelected" Supreme Court if it overturned Obamacare. That threat bothered a couple of judges, especially Judge Jerry Smith, who was hearing a separate matter related to the new healthcare law. He demanded that Holder's outfit explain the president's comments.
"I would like to have from you by noon on Thursday -- that's about 48 hours from now -- a letter stating what is the position of the Attorney General and the Department of Justice, in regard to the recent statements by the president," Smith said. "What is the authority is of the federal courts in this regard in terms of judicial review?"
Holder responded that he'd certainly provide the homework but he tried to defend Obama as well.
"What the president said a couple days ago was appropriate," Holder told reporters in a Chicago press conference. "He indicated that we obviously respect decisions that - that courts make under our system of government... But courts are also fairly deferential when it comes to overturning statutes that the duly elected representatives of the people - Congress - pass."

Except that the "majority" was razor thin and the Supreme Court has overturned laws for more than 100 years.

The issues before all the courts in GA had been previously decided by the GA courts, including the GA Supreme Court. Denial was inevitable at all levels.

This misses the point. We're all aware of the extent corruption. OF COURSE the cases are turned down. It does'nt matter how well writen and executed these cases are presented. They're all turned down beacause the FIX IS IN.
