My comment: The total failure our national leadership in all our governmental institutions, and the failure of the major media, to investigate the “Usurper & Fraud in Chief” Obama, is undermining the morale and good order of our military. How can men and women in our military be expected to continue to follow orders from an unconstitutionally elected and installed phony, grifter, and
criminal identity fraud impostor like Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro/Soebarkah, or whatever and whoever he really is? The prime directive of all who serve in the military is their solemn oath which clearly says it is their duty to support and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Obama is a domestic enemy of our Constitution. He is an illegal President and Commander in Chief.
He is not constitutionally eligible per Article II Section 1 Clause 5 to be in the office he sits in. Our civilian leadership has left the country and our Constitution be completely and totally trampled on.
Obama is UNFIT for COMMAND! When are more in our Commissioned Officer’s ranks going to stand up and start asking questions to their senior leaders in their branch of the military and to the members of Congress about the usurper and criminal fraud in the Oval Office and what is Congress going to do about it, and when. If you see a crime in process do you allow it to continue and take no action and look the other way and say to yourself, it’s not my problem, let him finish out his term and get away with … or worse yet, let him defraud the American electorate and Constitution once again in November 2012 and possibly win re-election via election fraud once again? If that is allowed to happen our country, our U.S. Constitution, our national security, and are very liberty will be in great danger of complete and total destruction by Obama if he is fraudulently allowed to serve another four year term. What about the oath administered to all members of our military, especially the one given to Commissioned Officers? A Commissioned Officer’s sole oath is to support and defend the Constitution, not to support and defend a fraudulent President. Why is that their prime directive? Because the founders and framers knew that some day a charlatan could convince by deceit, deception, and fraud the masses to put in place by populist election a treasonous person into the Oval Office and command of our military. And they created that oath to enable the Commissioned Officer’s rank to be the last line of defense for our U.S. Constitution. What are the Joint Chiefs of Staff doing on this matter? Do they consider their solemn oath to the Constitution to mean anything to themselves? Was the oath just so many words to them? A ritual with no solemn meaning to them? The UCMJ does not erase and countermand one’s solemn oath and prime directive to support and defend the U.S. Constitution. It is that U.S. Constitution against which the lawfulness of all laws and orders shall be judged!

I keep wondering about what Andrew Breitbart was thinking when he contacted Sheriff Joe. Consider what he talked about at CPAC: Racial division. Are we not seeing those flames fanned lately? Could it be related to this birth certificate issue? Otherwise why would Breitbart contact the Sheriff? Could it be that the Congress is holding back because they think they see a race war on the verge and it keeps them from acting on this? Does that not give motivation to keep the racial division thing going in the headlines?
In my opinion the racial thing is all overblown and manufactured like OWS. But not so to the sheltered dolts that make up our Congress who think reality is whatever the NY Times says it is.

And, moreover, even if the JCS did do that, Congress would never launch such an investigation because Congress has been complicit in the cover up from the day Obama announced his candidacy.

There are 7 members of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the officers in charge of the US military. Of the seven, five are appointed by Barack Obama and therefore they are loyal to him. Only the Chief of Staff for the Air Force and the National Guard are not Obama appointees.

First off I am NOT defending Obama, I am merely pointing out the legal difficulty.
The state of Hawaii has vouched for the authenticity of the Obama long form birth certificate on the whitehouse.gov web site, in fact they even provide a link to it on the Hawaii Department of Health web site.
Under Article IV, Section 1 of the US Constitution, the Full Faith and Credit Clause, whatever record that a state says is a valid record of that state will be accepted in every other state and by the federal government.
The legal recourse is to force the state of Hawaii to disavow the long form. Thus far, no one has been able to get them to do that.
It really complicates the legal process when the state of Hawai'i carries the water and provides plausible deniablility for Obama.

"The campaign, backed by director, producer, actor and writer Sean Stone, is a follow-up to North Carolina Republican Walter Jones’ efforts to bring the administration to account for launching unconstitutional wars without the authorization of Congress. Jones’ recently introduced resolution states that such actions represent “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”
The five core reasons for impeachment proceedings to be launched can be summarized as follows;
1) Despite promising otherwise, Barack Obama committed U.S. military resources to overthrow Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi without any kind of congressional authorization whatsoever and without citing any evidence that Libya under Gaddafi was a threat to the security of the United States. Furthermore, Obama brazenly undermined the power of Congress by insisting his authority came from the United Nations Security Council and that Congressional approval was not necessary. “I don’t even have to get to the Constitutional question,” Obama churlishly remarked.
2) On New Years Eve 2011, Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act which includes provisions that permit the abduction and military detention without trial of U.S. citizens. Despite Obama claiming he would not use the provisions to incarcerate U.S. citizens, it was his administration that specifically demanded these powers be included in the final NDAA bill.
3) The passage of the Obamacare bill, under which Americans will be forced to buy health insurance, is clearly anathema to the Constitution. “The individual mandate is unprecedented and exceeds Congress’s power to regulate interstate commerce. If it is allowed to stand, Congress will be able to impose any kind of economic mandate as part of any kind of national regulatory scheme,” writes Ilya Shapiro, a Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies, Cato Institute.
4) Obama’s role in the economic looting of America since he took office is unprecedented. Specifically, Obama violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential others received better deals.
5) Finally, Obama’s use of signing statements shows his desire to continue in the vein of George W. Bush and rule by executive fiat. This is a direct violation of Article II of the Constitution.
