Bettina Viviano – who started her own film production company in 1990 after serving as vice president of production for Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment – told WND that it was common knowledge among delegates committed to Hillary that the Clintons believed Obama was constitutionally ineligible and that Bill Clinton would eventually disclose his belief to the public.
The Clintons were the original “birthers,” Viviano told WND in an interview in Los Angeles.
“Everybody who has called this a conspiracy from the Republicans or the tea party, they need to know who started it – the Democrats,” she said.
“It was Hillary and Bill, and it percolated up from there,” said Viviano, who had access to the campaign through a documentary she produced on the claims of delegates that Obama and the Democratic National Committee were stealing the nomination from Hillary.
As WND reported, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his team investigating Obama’s eligibility believe there is probable cause that the documents released by the White House as Obama’s long-form birth certificate and Selective Service registration form are forgeries.

Arrest and prosecute Viviano and Clinton(s), misprision of felony, misprision of treason.
Time to arrest and prosecute the enablers, including Secretaries of State.
The State of Arizona simply needs to issue a warrant for his arrest then go to the White House and arrest him.
I definitely think Sherrif Joe and/or Xullo SHOULD testify and the upcoming trial in MS.
All that is asked is for them to testify to what they have already stated several times. That does not interfere with an "ongoing" investigation since it has already been released.
The information means nothing until before a DA or JUDGE !!!

Even if he did in 2008, he isn't saying it now and once again, Corsi is behind another questionable interview of hearsay evidence that is just plain not admissable in any court.
Considering it was the Clinton administration that discovered the press clippings of his birth, it would appear that they believed it was settled and pursued it no further. Doesn't matter if they were the "original birthers," one bit. Doesn't matter. Has absolutely no relevance whatsoever.

What about the acknowledgement from a specific Mombasa hospital as his place of birth (neither Queens nor Kapi'olani has acknowledged his being born there)? What about all the signs around Kenya claiming him as their own? What about the Kenyan Parliament declaring he was born there? Are they all lying, too?
Why hide your transcripts and personal documents unless you have something to hide? Why pull out all stops to prevent every state that demands you produce them? When long-time law enforcement officials declare your BC and Selective Service papers as forgeries, it's best to stand up and take notice, yet you do not. Instead, you make excuses and look for every excuse, no matter how flimsy, to validate him. Something is clearly rotten in the State of Denmark yet you are blinded by your own ideology and poor decision making skills.
The Clintons pursued the questionable BC no further because it was obvious they were threatened or blackmailed in some way. The current administration probably has tons of dirt on them, and Rahmbo used to work for them. Plus, a deal was made to make Hildebeast Sec'y of State, which would give her gravitas on an international level should she desire to run in the future.
I am starting to wonder when Sheriff Joe is going to name persons of interest in his investigation and when he is going to start to bring some of them in for questioning.
This 'trail by press conference' thing might help to keep Obama from getting re-elected but it does nothing to bring the guilty to justice.
Could it be that Arpaio just doesn't know who forged these documents?
Why does it matter anyway?
It is Obama and his co-conspirators who have presented these fake documents to the American People. They are the ones who have made false statements about these documents authenticity. They are ones saying who are claiming that these documents are valid proof of Obama's eligibility. That is called fraud.
If I buy something with counterfit money and I am arrested, the prosecution does not have to prove that I printed that money myself to put me in jail.
They only need to prove that I knew it was fake money, and that I tried to pass it off as real money to obtain goods and services. (mens rea and actus reus)

The State of Hawaii has provided the President with two certified copies signed by the Director of Health from the State of Hawaii. Those two documents, and his COLB for that matter, would all be accpeted as prima facie evidence of his birth in Hawaii.

You ever been to Kenya? Do you have any idea how backward and prone to superstition those people are? Did you know that men in Kenya believe that sex with a virgin can cure AIDS. You really expect me to believe that because Kenya "says so," then it must be so? What if the leader of say Iran suddenly claimed that the President was born there. Would you believe them too? Haven't seen a single sliver of proof, but a whole bunch of heresay is all the proof you need, right? I do not care what a foreign country says about this President or any other for that matter.

Name one state that has requested him to present a document that he has not done so. Just one state. I am guessing you are going to have a hard time finding a single state that has even made such a request... but, go on. Prove me wrong. Show me one state that has demanded documentation and has not received it.

They have done no such thing. They have never had either physical document to examen and have only examined photos and images of the documents. Question is, have they ever made a formal request of this administration to be able to examen the actual physical document.
Do you know? Don't just guess. Do you know if the CCP ever contacted the administration to find out if they could examen the physical document that was provided by the state of Hawaii?
Trump was threatened too - I have no doubt. How else would you explain him being so vocal and then suddenly go stone-cold quiet on the issue? With him living and dying by his line of credit with the big banks, all they would have to do to bring him in line is yank all his credit and call in his outstanding debt. That threat alone would be enough to buy his silence...

If the murder of Arkansas Democrat Party Chairman and Clinton's friend, Little Rock businessman Bill Gwatney, was related to keeping Obama's ineligibility secret, as this person claims, why does this not reopen the case with the Clinton's called to testify? Bill can parse the meaning of the word "is" again.
This news, were if involving anyone but Barack Hussein Obama, would be covered 24/7 and investigated for as long as it took to get to the bottom of exactly what happened.
With Barry though...nothing to see, hearsay, crickets....every time, no matter what.

I find it hard to believe this...if Clinton thought Obama was ineligible...why didn't he come out and say it before it became a controversy...his wife would have won the nomination, his wife would be president...he'd be living in the White House now.

Uh, that POC "Beel" Clinton is guarded by the Secret Service. He could make a video and assemble all evidence and announce to Buh-rock that if anything happens to him or his family, the evidence will be widely distributed. Furthermore, he can afford more protection if the SS is not enough so I don't buy this "threats from some mysterious unknown connected to Buh-rock". It is about 7 months till the election and the last 2 months will not be a good time to reveal evidence because it will be called political lies.

CCP requested the actual copy of the Selective Service application from the appropriate dept. and were told an emphatic "no". Chief Investigator Mike Zullo also said that he discussed the application with a variety of former postal employees and Postmaster Generals and was told by all that the date stamps must include all 4 numerals in the year, not '80 as was demonstrated on Barry's SS form. Additionally, he mentioned that the date stamp used was cut and that the #8 was also cut and spliced together because the forger had to turn the numbers '08 upside down to create '80 and without cutting and resplicing the 8, the bulge would appear on the top instead of the bottom, another clear indication of a forgery.
Former Hawaiian Elections Supv. Tim Allen signed a sworn affadavit in the sheriff's possession that both he and his boss searched for the real BC in 2008, but could not find it. They then contacted both Hawaiian hospitals in question and came up empty. Neither hospital had a record of either Barry or his mom ever being there. Current Gov. Abercrombie (D) claimed there is no BC, just a notation in the archives. That's meaningless, because Zullo has evidence of 3 Japanese kids who were adopted at the age of 3 and who received Hawaiian BC's with a new birthdate 3 years after their actual births, among other examples. Former Gov. Lingle (R) never saw BC. She relied on the info of someone else who claimed to see it, but wasn't specific enough about what it really said. All that convenient word parsing, you know?
How about the state of GA, hmmm?
With regard to the backward country of Kenya, why would a 2004 newspaper claim that state senator Barrack (with 2 r's) Obama was born there and that he was running for the U.S. Senate when there was no indication that he would eventually run for POTUS? Why would they even care?
(Yes, I have lived in foreign countries, though they were considered tourist destinations. Each did have their unsavory neighborhoods. It goes with the territory.)
Zullo said that a typewriter would have the letters evenly-spaced. Barry's doesn't and they used the services of a longtime typesetter to measure each character on the BC. He said that the BC was actually gleaned from 2 or 3 different BC's.
As for the state of Hawaii, come on. Most of the officials are Dems. What makes you think one or two wouldn't be complicit for the right price?
BTW, those 3 shortform BC's are also forgeries, and Daily Kos has admitted to forging one of them, so I don't think that'd go over well as an example of eligibility.
What bothers me most is why YOU are not bothered by not only the suspicious nature with which this administration stymies all efforts to trace his background, are not bothered by claims of forgery not only put forth by law enforcement officials but also by professional document experts, and are not alarmed by what his policies have been doing to this country, both domestically and regarding foreign affairs.
I might not even care about the BC if he were doing right by this country and were on his way to greatness or even a job well done. He's destroying this country by dismantling it and bankrupting it at the same time and his czars and associates are pretty unsavory characters, usually either Commies or thugs. Though that last part is redundant.

First off, why didn't/hasn't Obama simply scan the birth certificate he claimed in his book to have found inside a folded-up newspaper article about his father? Second, why two copies when one would have sufficed? Third, the Director of Health's certification statement on the image of the copy posted on whitehouse.gov says it is a true copy OR abstract (not a true copy). Fourth, neither that document, or his COLB, would be accepted by the Hawaii Department of Home Lands as prima facie evidence of his birth in Hawaii because neither document has the embossed official seal of the Hawaii Department of Health on it as required by the latter's regulations.

I don't have to have ever been in Kenya to consider it ludicrous that a Kenyan hospital, newspaper, various signage and member(s) of Parliment would all LIE about Obama having been born there THREE YEARS before he announced he was running for POTUS.
You really expect anyone to believe that the medical facility in Hawaii where Obama allegedly was born is not proud enough to be the birthplace of the first Hawaiian, not to mention the first African-American, elected president to acknowledge same? How about the attending physician, nurse or any eye-witness? All either conveniently dead, unknown or incognito.

The only two documents he has shown as his BC have both been proven unauthentic. Same with his Selective Service Registration. And the Social Security Number on his Selective Service Registration FAILS both E-Verify and SSVS.

The State of Georgia, via subpoena by a State Of Georgia Administrative Law Judge, requested Obama (or his appointed attorney) to present a certified copy of his long-form birth certificate in Court. Obama not only did not do so but, moreover, neither he or his appointed attorney even bothered to appear in Court. There, I just PROVED you wrong.
