In these videos, the Obama side even wants to allow Mickey Mouse to run for President. To Obama and his lawyers the U.S. Constitution and presidential eligibility clause in Article II is a joke. You can see that in Part II at about 40 minutes into that segment. It was interesting that Obama’s lawyer chose and mentioned Mickey Mouse running for President and making a mockery of the election process in her statements in the hearing as Mickey Mouse was a contributor to Obama’s campaign in 2008 as part of the untraceable debit and credit card contributions that Obama accepted online, a good chunk of it alleged to have been illegally provided to Obama operatives from foreign sources.

Off topic, I was just watching "The Five" discuss Romney's "vast left-wing conspiracy" remarks when Andrea Tantaros slammed the leftist media for digging into Palin's garbage and going gaga over Bush's military records. That got me thinking, "Oh, boy, will she bring up the SOB's funny papers again?" as she then mentioned about the selective vetting of him, but it didn't get to that. Looks like she has been cautioned by the cowards who are her bosses.

How else is someone supposed to prove that they were born in the USA other than by presenting a valid birth certificate for forensic examination?

No, what he really said was that the document that he was talking about (likely a hospital souvenir BC) wasn't sufficient for that (and of course it isn't, it's not official).
He didn't say he (or his mother) could not GET a document that was sufficient.

They even had "births" listed for 3 year olds and adopted children.

Funny that in hours and hours of press conferences, the Posse did not publish even one of those cases. Personally, I'm fed up with the "secret evidence". You never know who really has something and who is just making stuff up (maybe to discredit us or make us appear gullible fools).
I was angry at Corsi/Kerchner (?) back when they claimed that "a dozen ex-CIA agents looked at the BC and found it a forgery", yet never went into more details.
I was angry at Corsi for claiming to know the identity of the BC forger, then coming up with "it was Mike".
And that's precisely why all the cases are failing in court. Too much confusion, too many things that are impossible to classify as either "made-up" or "rock-solid". I wonder if that's intentional.
Mario Apuzzo's recent case was the best example. When he introduced the Indonesian school record to prove "Obama" was known as "Barry Soetoro", all he could show was a printout of an internet document of unknown provenance.
And as long as we're at this level of evidence, it's no wonder no court case ever goes anywhere, regardless whether you consider Orly a total failure or not.
