“I have no intention of resigning,” said Arpaio, who is running for his sixth term as sheriff of Maricopa County. “They forget I have a four-decades long career in federal law enforcement that includes having been a special agent for the FBI and having worked for the Drug Enforcement Agency in the United States, as well as in Argentina, Turkey and Mexico.”
WND previously reported the intensity of attacks on Arpaio at both a state and national level.
Already, Arpaio has announced that his volunteer law enforcement investigation has found probable cause that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and his Selective Service registration form are forgeries. Arpaio and his team made the announcement at a March 1 press conference.
A second press conference is expected in the next few weeks to announce more findings Arpaio suggests will be explosive.
Last week, Arizona Republic columnist Laurie Roberts wrote a piece in which she reminded Arpaio of his pledge 20 years ago when he first ran as a candidate for Maricopa County sheriff to serve only one term and turn the office into an appointed post. Arpaio has said that his campaign pledge was a mistake, because if he reported to a political official, he would have been fired 20 years ago and not had the liberty to “do what I felt was right for the people that I serve.”
WND has previously reported that political operative Randy Parraz, a self-described “organizer,” has been running a determined campaign to oust Arpaio from office.

The two billboards, Anniston Alabama and the Nashville one look to be photoshopped. I hate to accuse WND as I think they have been helping on the eligibility issue, but putting up bogus images does not help, especially if they are raising money for these billboards.
My problems with them are compared to the other billboards there is no shading, they are too bright. There is no 3d effect seen from wrapping billboard around sign. They are completely 2D. They do not sit behind the railing as they should, they also block out the advertisers sign on the billboard, which is not likely; look at other billboards on the way to work. They do not block their sign because that is how they get advertisement. You can cut and paste and scale the one from AL and its lettering fits exctly over the one from Nashville if you use opacity on it; this is not likely to happen as there should be some distortion from perspective. Finally, the Nashville one covers a pole which appears that the pole should be in front of the billboard otherwise the billboard would have to be attached to the pole for support. It also looks like cables near the top left of the Nashville one are cut off and missing.
So, can anyone verify these billboards? Preferably with their own pics even if the sign isn't still up? It would give us something to compare them too.

I would like to believe/trust in Sheriff Joe & Mike Zullo but it is difficult when it took over 6 MONTHS for them to make their initial findings, and now they refuse to present their findings to a District Attoney or Judge who are possibly the only way to get some actual action.
They should not say they have "explosive" new information if they don't in-fact have it NOW --- and IF they have it NOW, why not present it NOW.
WHY THE DELAY AGAIN ???
The closer the election gets, they more probability for (even an honest) judge to say that the "election" will handle the issue, or the likelyhood that a judge will delay his decision until after the election to avoid "distorting" the election.

I used Google Earth and found the Tractor Trailer place, Hancock and Payless in the image. I use the address for the tractor supply place. The only problem is there is no billboard in the image where it should be. Now the google images are from 2008, so it could have been built after. As far as the Nashville one, Tell it Like it is, can you get a photo. If you can, I'll put up an e-mail. I would like to see it for myself.

AND ... I called both and CONFIRMED the billboard is there.
The REASON is looks "different" is that it is a lighted "LED" sign that rotates messages.

The Sheriff has had the dilemma of whom to give the evidence with expectation of action...the DoJ? ha!...Selective Service (which I believe is what he chose) ha! it's an Obama appointee who answers to him not to the Sheriff. I think he should go to the Postal Inspectors since they are more independent and good gumshoes and apparently Obama fooled around with the postmark date. Trouble is it's simply a hot potato no one wants to touch. The one who'll wind up with it will want to get rid of it as soon as possible, dissing all the hard and courageous fact gathering done by the few remaining patriots.
@MattOk well the Hancock Fabrics closed in 2007 so I don't know if that sign is still there or not. Also the Tractor Supply is not listed in the Anniston phone directory so I'm not sure if it's actually there or not, even though a citysearch says there's one there. Like I said, I'll be sure & check it out next week. I don't go to Nashville & it's not close enough to me to go on that fishing expedition. Picture is too generic anyway, so no way to know where that intersection is. I did download both pics and they have been edited in a photo program so who knows? I'll take my camera next week to Anniston & let you know. If you want to list a "generic" email address I can get in touch w/you after my trip. Totally up to you though.

Joe is a sheriff of Maricopa County AZ. If he has evidence of a crime his choices are 1) the county DA; 2) the AZ AG; 3) the FBI. And he knows it. There's no reason not to take it to one or all of these agencies if he truly feels he has evidence of a crime. The fact that the gives pressers rather than doing so should be telling.

He's not "chosen" anyone, much less the SS. All he did with the SS was write a letter... AFTER his first presser, knowing full well what the result would be. They were not going to send him anything, and he knew it. It was just for show. That part of an investigation should have been one of the first things they pursued. They replied and stated if he had evidence of a fraud/forgery/wrongdoing send it to them. Did he? No. He wrote another letter and demanded they reply in 10 days. LOL Like they give a shit what Joe Arpaio 'demands".

No legitimate investigative is going to end up with it... at least not from Joe or his "posse".
By their own admissioin they didn't bother to ask for cooperation from the HI DOH (as a law enforcement official that he is). Why? Well, because they "know" no document exists and HI DOH (so they say they were told by HI law enforcement, but they're presented no evidence of such) that they would just stall them anyway. BS. That is not how investigations are conducted. I know it, you know it, everyone here and everywhere else knows it.
He's presented nothing that was not already widely on the internet, and has done nothing but promote WND/CORSI/FARAH. That's it.
He's done no investigation. He's neither named any "experts" (and the named ones are not qualified in digital forensics, and their testimony would never see the light of day in court as experts) nor presented anything any "new" experts that he supposedly had investigate have put forth.

In the State of Georgia, if someone's eligibility to be on an election ballot is challenged the burden is on them, not the challenger.
I suggest that in EVERY situation where certain requirements must be met, the burden of proof is on the applicant to prove he/she meets those basic requirements.
(educational/experience/CITIZENSHIP-GREEN CARD/drug-free requirements for jobs, age for drivers-license, school-entry, sports, military, etc.)
I would think the responsibility for such vetting for President rests on the political party, (ala DNC - PELOSI and REID).
The evidential PROOF that Pelosi was AWARE he was not eligible lies in the fact she omitted the "constitutionally eligible" clause from her affirmations to the state SoS's; (except for Hawaii after they refused to accept it without the legal back-up of her verification of eligibility added to their submittal).
All this evidence, all this investigation, a Posse with subpoena power, and they still can't find enough to charge anybody with anything?

The state court case is MS is stayed, as it has been removed to federal court. She's already f'd that case up beyond recognition, and she added to her FUBAR in a letter sent to the court yesterday.
She has one open case in IN that won't be open long. She has Astrue and Ruemmler. No testimony is going to be taken in those... purely matters of law. Plus I *think* both are at the appeal stage.

Anyway, the bottom line in Arpaio/Corsi/Zullo and the "posse" are never going to testify. They are not going to subject themselves to cross-examination. None of their so-called experts are experts in the required fields and their testimony would never be allowed as experts in a court of law.
In addition is the fact that if she ever got to discovery she'd be clueless how to conduct it, and the GA hearing proves she has no idea how to conduct a witness examination, along with many other things that were revealed there she's hopelessly clueless about when it comes to legal knowledge/practice.
Pinning hopes on Orly when it involves anything legal is just delusional wishful thinking.

It is a judges job to rule on the MERITS without consideration of the competency of the attorney, and an HONEST judge will do that.

Well, you take it seriously, you wouldn't be on here trying to convince people it wasn't serious if that weren't the case. They must be real doozies then. I've been in this game for over 40 years and I've never seen a more incompetent attorney in all aspects of legal practice. Phil Berg comes in a close second.
