I see she still hasn't learned anything about civil procedure.
Civil procedure nothing. She still hasn't learned anything about being a human. The narcissistic dentist tries to attach herself to anything that is produced by those working in this movement--so that she can claim the work as her own (see: her blatant lies about Sheriff Joe's investigation). I pray daily that she will be taken down for good in Mississippi!

It's a good thing i haven't had dinner yet. After hearing what the Dentist is up to now, i would have tossed the cookies on the carpet, and a projectile across the room on the second convulsion.
If the producer won't allow herself to be dragged in to the swamp of incompetency with the Dentist, then she will get added to the Dentist's hit list. Like Arpaio, Zullo, WND, and anybody else that she can try to discredit, for whatever reason, i haven't figured out yet. She may be a patriot, but the evidence of her innumerable mistakes in her pleadings speak to the contrary and are chasing everyone away, including her donors. Her mean spirited rants toward a seasoned former federal agent (Sheriff Arpaio) who is well versed in the proper procedures of investigations, totally destroys what little credibility she has left.
Watching the Dentist shoot from the hip in a court of law is both frightening and grievous. It's as though she is intentionally muddying the waters rather than doing anything worthwhile and any good.
You couldn't pay me to take a chance sitting in her dental office chair. I'd be afraid i might lose more than my money.

You're right--one action is limited and has limited effect. It's as meaningless as a little pebble. Hearsay would not be the objection related to the subpoena.
However, anything Viviano would testify to regarding what Clinton or anyone else told her is indeed inadmissible hearsay. The deposition is a complete waste of time/money, just as most everything Orly does is.

If Orly quits, I can count on 1 hand how many attorneys would be willing to bring a ballot challenge pro bono. We all do what we can. Unfortunately birthers are not organized and do not raise money very well. Everyone thinks that someone else will give. If everyone gave a little we could hire a couple of attorneys....but that doesn't mean they would take your case.

I have done (and am doing) far more than any of you. You are unaware of what is going on behind the scenes--and there's a reason for that. We have to stay stealth to keep the disgusting dentist out of it.

Dean and I have had conversations about Orly. He believes and I agree that she is very detrimental to the birther cause. She is incompetent, uneducated and an attention whore. Threatening Federal Court Judges with allegations of treason is no way to help win cases. I have watched many videos, read many of her pleadings. The Judges have been more than patient with her, even kind, and have tried to help her learn things about proper procedure. She never does. She certainly knows nothing about the actual law.

I heard back from the Hollywood producer Bettina Viviano. She and documentary director Gigi Gaston will be willing to be deposed. Since they are located in Los Angeles, I will accommodate them and will conduct the depositions in LA, so they do not need to drive to Orange County. I am now looking for a court reporter and a facility in LA. We will have to reset the date taking into consideration the new facility

Most of the Haskins in America descend from the family of Gov John Winthrop of the Winthrop Colony Migration. Would you please list your accomplishments (that are not top secret). Mark those that Orly attached herself to or claimed credit for. You are big part of the movement all right, that is bowel movement. Stop denigrating someone who is actually doing some work, not just paying lip service.
Some of the commenters here have the logical abilities of a dinner salad. That neither the adequate attorneys, nor the incompetent dentist, have succeeded at removing the usurper does not automatically equate to the incompetent dentist being an adequate attorney.
Current case in point (in addition to hundreds, literally): the dentist did not learn in GA that a state can only enforce subpoenas within its own borders, so she erroneously believes that she has served Bettina for deposition. Here are some problems with that:
1. She sent the "subpoena" by EMAIL!
2. The case is in Mississippi; Bettina is in California. The dentist would first have to obtain a commission or a letter rogatory from the Mississippi court, then a California court would have to issue the subpoena, and finally, it would have to be properly served (an actual subpoena; not an email).
Bettina and I have been friends since 2008. We spoke twice yesterday. Maybe the dentist lied again (say it aint so!). How can I sufficiently explain to commylover what is NOT going to happen? Would "BAM" do?

These guys (Bari's Army) are masters of reading between the lines and “reverse compliance,” that is, not doing what is obviously required but not codified in law. If the law doesn’t address it, then there is no requirement to do anything, so they do exactly that.
I suppose that the true responsible party is the Democratic Party of each state to ensure that whoever they put on the ballot is qualified and NOT the state government. It looks like the state governments simply take the parties’ word that their candidates are duly qualified. Once again, Reverse Compliance.
Who is the statutory entity in state and/or the federal government to ensure that all candidates are duly qualified to run for and hold public office? The answer is most likely NONE.
