Unfortunately, this would have been the wrong story for them to view since it makes a completely false claim. Hill never stipulated that the PDF was a forgery. She simply said it wasn't required for Obama to present a BC to get on the primary ballot in NJ. This is why we need to be very careful to be truthful and not misleading in our headlines. It's very possible that this person came here with true curiosity, read the claim and referenced the case...only to discover that no such thing was ever said.

to anon at 3:30PM - I agree, I too fell for the headline. However, having spent much time researching I was able to chalk it up as the fog of war. Unfortunate.
People I wouldnt put much faith in this birther movement. In the last month I have been in contact with many of them including these guys at ORYR. They are all going in different directions, there is infighting among the different ballot challenges like a bunch of glory hounds. And try to just help out or send a communication to ORYR and they wont even respond. There are enough birthers to take down the President but they are all going in 50 different directions at once and too stuck up to accept any help other than to take your money. ORYR great job ignoring help from fellow patriots just trying to collaborate, great way to treat people. Ever hear the phrase "Together we stand and divided we fall" ? Well the birther movement is completely divided by personal agenda and NO MOVEMENT can survive when people will not work together. Good luck ORYR and the birther movement in general... You apparently are going to need it. Great job coming together for a common cause.

And this may not go well with some here, but I'm going to say it anyway. I think the case could be made that Rubio would be eligible. At least his parents BECAME full US citizens, yes it was after his birth, but at least he is the product of what is now two US citizens. Obama, as we know, was always a dual citizen, and never at any point had two US citizen parents. Unless of course, his real "daddy" is Malcolm X. Then I think we're back to the same point, he's a fraud and usurper, using fraudulent documents to gain employment in the federal government. Either way, that's a crime.

NOW BIRTHERS ARE CENOSRING !!! LOL. So I left a comment on here last night that basically said this. The birther movement is totally un-organized and going in 50 different directions. Those attorneys you see doing the challenges are all ego driven (except Larry Klayman who seems legit). There is in-fighting amongst the different Ballot Challenges going on. And ORYR is too rude to even make simple response when contacted to see if I could help and potentially get them to host a portal where birthers can come and collaborate with each other… not even a simple response. And guess what, that comment didn’t show up here and wouldn’t be surprised if this one doesn’t either. So now the god damn birthers are doing EXACTLY what they supposedly are against… suppressing information. The whole systems is screwed and the reason the birther movement is not going anywhere is complete lack of organization. Great job ORYR you are now so big and important you cant even give a simple response to an average Joe just trying to help and when they complain you are CENSORING THEM !!!! Mario's update misses the fact that Obama's first year out of law school attorney and the Administrative Law Judge agreed that there is no requirement under New Jersey law that a candidate submit a birth certificate in order to prove eligiblity.
Without that context, Mario's update is deceptive.
Anyone can RUN for president but only a natural born citizen can assume the OFFICE of the presidency, therefore the time to stop an ineligible president-elect is to challenge that person's credentials between election day and inauguration day. The courts, the Congress and the Electoral College are the places to do that.
There is no state in the Union that requires a birth certificate in order to get on that state's ballot.
