The judge called Apuzzo around 7:30 lsst night and told him he ruled in Obamas favor because he was born in Hawaii even though the Obama lawyer provided no evidence that he was.
The judge called Apuzzo last night at 7:30 to tell him he ruled in Obama's favor on both issues of the complaint. The judge gave no explanation except Obama was born in Hawaii although no proof was presented.
Treasongate continues...the Cold Posse better start moving their criminal case the courts aren't gonna happen. The chances of an honest judge is just as slim as finding an honest CONgress member lying is the norm truth is extinct in government officials. Talk about corruption? And you think Mexico is bad for bribes, corruption, and lying...look no further than DC the hub of deceit,fraud,tyranny, and TREASON.

The lawyers presented the case incorrectly. The judge was trying to hand it to them but they failed to catch on. You should have first pressed the State to disclose how they verified OB's edibility. Once you have that, go back to court and ask it to be tossed out based on .... multiple forgeries. There are numerous photos online that appear to have been tampered with, including the certificate. Get them all into evidence. If the State's case for eligibility falls, then you win by default.
Good luck with this shit guys. I will pray that you prevail. But it sounds to me like the fix is already in. I'm pretty sure this is what Orly means by the eligibility not being enough to nail him with. That he must be pursued CRIMINALY.

And yes the fix is in. That is clear by the judge admitting no evidence has been provided showing Obama was born in Hawaii and then rules he was born in Hawaii.
IMO, the female attorney for the Obama team appeared like a real rookie, more like a first year Law Student. Thus, the fix was in from jump. They would have assigned a more seasoned attorney had there been any question as to how the judge would rule.
She's such a rookie she doesn't even exercise the decorum of standing when addressing the judge.

In 2008, NJ did NOT verify obozo's eligibility. They simply went by DNC's 'nomination paper' stating obozo is the nominee(but has no reference whatsoever to his constitutional eligibility) and placed his name on the ballot!
Don't know what DNC does this time (bet it is the same old 'nomination paper' with obvious 'omission' of his constitutional elig) NJ SOS absolutely does not check obozo's doc to verify his elig.
So how can Apuzzo do what you susggest?
Plus the judges couldn't care less what obozo/gang show on the Internet (all those proven forged digital images of so-called colb or LFBC have been submitted to court but some use they are - all ignored by the judges!!)
So easy for you to pass judgement!
As long as obozo is up there, NO ONE dares to address this issue honestly.

I don't know if New Jersey election law specifically requires a candidate to prove their eligibility to be on the ballot if/when someone challenges their eligibility but I do know that Georgia election law does. The Georgia ALJ and SoS gave Obama a pass on that law. End of story.
