TIME TO GET IT ON!
ARTICLE II SUPER PAC ENTHUSIASTICALLY ACCEPTS BRET BAIER’S INVITATION TO DEBATE THE MEANING AND INTENT OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL TERM: ‘NATURAL BORN CITIZEN’
Fox News reporter and host of Special Report, Bret Baier conceded on his blog today that the constitutional meaning of Natural Born Citizen has lately been a source of continuing controversy given the buzz that Sen. Marco Rubio and Gov. Bobby Jindal are on the short list of possible VP picks for presumptive Republican presidential nominee, Mitt Romney. This is because there are growing numbers of Americans who have come to realize that the Founding Fathers were expressly concerned that our commander-in-chief have no foreign allegiances. Mr. Rubio and Mr. Jindal’s parents were foreign citizens at the time of their birth and the Constitution clearly differentiates citizenship status for both the POTUS and VPOTUS (12th Amendment).
Oddly, Mr. Baier failed to make mention on his blog, how this ongoing controversy relates to Mr. Obama’s own “Natural Born” status; especially given the fact that Obama’s parentage and birthplace have yet to be conclusively proven and verified by any independent legal authority.
Nevertheless, Art2SuperPAC applauds Mr. Baier’s rational, common sense approach to finally address this constitutional crisis once and for all. By doing a full piece on his show with a panel of constitutional scholars, a “fair and balanced” debate will serve an invaluable service to the American people. Fox News is to be applauded for taking the lead and finally allowing the debate that the courts and the media have shamefully avoided for more than three years.
As a preeminent supporter of the Constitution and a leader in the effort to ensure that citizens and elected officials clearly understand Article II and the definitive meaning intended by the Founding Fathers of “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN,” Mr. Baier and Fox news would be woefully remiss if they failed to reach out to Art2SuperPAC to join the debate. You have more faith in Fox than I do. Sure, maybe they'll have a panel, but my money says it will be rigged. Am a cynic, but I wager they will pick from the bottom of the barrel constitutional scholars for our side. Probably some academic recovering from a recent brain injury or in the latter stages of Alzheimer's. I bet you they won't seat on that panel the best and brightest and most articulate. Not on the side that argues Obama is ineligible. I smell a rat and I don't trust them.

Whatever his mother, his claimed father was a British citizen who, under the law as it stood, bestowed his British citizenship on his son.

That's probably because there aren't many scholars at all, good or bad, that agree with them. They have to take what they can get, regardless of quality.

See the definition of NBC is spelled out mathematically in the Constitution between article I and Article II.
Article I: Congress mus be a Citizen for 7 or 9 years
Article II POTUS must be a Resident for 14 years and a Natural Born Citizen
So mathematically, while a NBC is always a Citizen, a Citizen is not always a NBC.
Citizen = Statutory + NBC

"This pResident and his administration in my view represent the greatest set of law-breakers that have run the federal government in our lifetimes.
The fact is, pResident Obama and his appointee's have ignored federal laws, they've ignored binding rulings of federal courts, and they've ignored the limits on their power mandated by the Constitution."

We can rattle off examples from the EPA which I've taken to calling the "Employment Prevention Agency" because they're so good at that, BUT THEY HAVE VIOLATED THE LAW.
THESE ARE NOT POLICY DIFFERENCES, THESE ARE VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW. And the pResident has created a corporate culture in his administration, that is very comfortable not merely pushing the boundaries, but completely trampling them, be they constitutional or legal."

“If the government can just order you to buy something, and fine you if you don’t” – the way the individual mandate of Obamacare requires every American to buy government-approved health insurance and fines them if they don’t comply – “they can order you to do anything,” Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli said during an appearance on C-SPAN’s “Newsmaker” on Sunday.
Cuccinelli, the first attorney general to file a lawsuit challenging Obamacare, said out of 16 judges that have heard the lawsuit so far, only one has ruled that the fine amounts to a tax."

“The centerpiece constitutional issue is the individual mandate – the requirement in the health care bill that every American buy government-approved health insurance, and this is done under the Commerce Clause. It is commonly talked about as the 10th Amendment – it is not a 10th Amendment case,” Cuccinelli said.
The question at hand, he said, is whether Congress’ power to regulate interstate commerce allows them “compel you to buy health insurance.”
“And our side obviously says, No. The federal government says, ‘Yes.’ And there has never been a case like this ever before in the over 200 years since the Constitution was passed. The federal government has never compelled people to buy a product under the guise of regulating commerce,” Cuccinnell added.
He said when they filed their case against Obamacare on March 23, 2010, “it was all about the Commerce clause,” and the critics predicted that the federal government would win, “but as we just kept making our case – and ‘we’ here is all of the states that address the limited government side of this that said this is too much power for the federal government. As we just kept making the case, kept making the case, gradually, it became clear the other side began to get worried that they could lose.”

"That is how one acquires citizenship in nearly 100% of the world?.........Who cares? The only matter in the case of Obama is the Constitution and the definition of natural born. The founding fathers favored Law of Nations by Vattel published in 1768 which defines natural born as meaning both parents being born in the USA. Barry Soetorro belongs in the Jail House not the White House.
