Censorship and Disinformation in America

Barack Hussein Obama is an illegal President. He is not now nor has he ever been eligible to be a candidate for or hold that office because his father was a British subject at the time of his birth.
Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that all candidates for the Presidency be "natural born citizens." As defined in the binding Supreme Court precedent of Minor v. Happersett (1875) and confirmed in the subsequent ruling of U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898) and others, all candidates for the offices of President and Vice President must be second generation Americans, that is, US citizens of citizen parents at the time of birth.
President and Vice President are the only U.S. political offices with that requirement. It was the intent of the American Founding Fathers that the chief executive and the commander-in-chief of the armed forces would not have dual allegiance or loyalty to a foreign power.
There is no ambiguity, although the Democrat and Republican parties and the media are and have been deliberately trying to confuse the American public as to the true meaning of natural born citizenship.
Case in point.
On May 1, 2012, Fox News Channel anchor Bret Baier posted an explanation of the term natural born citizen that was so factually incorrect that it must be considered propaganda.
It is well beyond the scope of this or perhaps any single article to document the full extent of the censorship conducted and the amount of disinformation disseminated, which has continued non-stop since the onset of the 2008 election cycle.
Why did that happen? The cause stemmed from political expediency and cowardice.
Since 1975, there have been numerous attempts by both Democrats and Republicans in Congress to redefine or amend the Article II "natural born citizen" clause.
Having failed to change it legally, politicians seized the opportunity to amend the Constitution by a political fait accompli through the unexpected victory of Barack Obama over Hillary Clinton in the 2008 Democrat Presidential primary.
Long before the 2008 campaign, however, Obama supporters were already helping the candidate either hide his genuine personal history or create a false one.
The censorship and disinformation campaign about Obama's ineligibility had its origins in February 2008 about the time he began to overtake Hillary Clinton in the Democratic Presidential primary.
Anticipating a likely challenge, Obama supporters, instead of reacting defensively, went on the attack through a fabricated controversy, sustained by the media, which questioned the eligibility of Republican Presidential candidate Senator John McCain. The basis of the challenge was that McCain was born in a Panamanian hospital while his U.S. Navy officer father and his U.S. citizen mother were serving at a U.S. military base in the Panama Canal Zone.
The fake controversy was settled in April 2008 through Senate Resolution 511, which, in essence, was a political deal struck between the Democrats and Republicans that would provide validation for McCain and, at least, cover for Obama on the issue of eligibility.
SR 511, a non-binding resolution with an unrecorded vote, had no force of law, but by passing it Congress created the conditions whereby the Constitution could be amended de facto through a back-room political agreement.

I sure appreciate this article, and the fact that McCain first received his U.S. "Citizenship" by an Act of Congress. Panama was a no man's land with regard to U.S. citizenship until Congress passed legislation in 1937, which corrected this deficiency proceeded by

(5th Congress, March 26th 1790), but found that this act was repealed by the same Congress, January 29th, 1795, RE-defining such children as just American citizens (not natural-born, as required for Pres. by the Constitution), and that this act was re-repealed April 14th, 1802 by the 6th Congress, keeping the same definition of foreign-born US citizens.
The point is irrespective of Congress Law and the confusion existing between Congress's differing points of view I have shown you, Natural Law can not be circumvented. The point of including "Born in the U.S." was precisely for a 'natural affection' of the place of where it all begin. No doubt, for McCain that is Panama which has not become a 51st State of the United States as far as I know.
To add insult to injury is Sen. Res 511 which correctly pointed out was non-binding for McCain's "natural born citizenship".
If the Military men and women act in an egotistical logic against the Constitution, how in the hell can they defend it?
The courage our military needs in defending the U.S. Constitution must be prepared to sacrifice not only ones life, but one's children s ability to run for President if born outside the U.S.
The same sympathy exist for anchor babies born in the U.S. but not able to run for President because of their parents citizenship and must be courageously shunned for the sake of 'natural law' that supersedes any Act of Congress.
Conflict ions existing with 'nature' by man are self defeating which our military is not in a position to exert itself against nor will it ever be, unless it wants to consider a defeat of the magnitude upon which its strength exist.
This flys in the face of basic combat objectives in employing the first weapon of choice "nature" or God given right.. you choose the language, but it is divine providence which makes the weakest power a strength that cannot be defeated by man for it is not harness able.

I don't read any porn or threats in your earlier posted comment. What I do read there is several years worth of frustration and disappointment, perhaps, even, some disbelief of the extent(s) to which they're obviously willing to take this huge bag of lies they created.

Where's the evidence that he's a U.S. citizen AT ALL? No evidence he was born in Hawaii although there is a notation in the files. That could mean that Stanley Ann or her mother filed for citizenship for Ann's child upon her return to Hawaii with said child in tow, who was possibly a toddler at that point. Registration for U.S. citizenship at that time was easy with no questions asked and child need not be present. So BowBoy could be several months older than he claims as the parents had up to one year to file for citizenship for that child. Those already in country were given a new birthdate upon filing (new birthdate would be date registered for citizenship).
Keep in mind that the immigration files in the National Archives for the week of August 1-7, 1961 are missing, so it's possible that Ann and her child entered the country between August 1-7 and registered the child on August 7th for citizenship. August 7, 1961 was the date the Dunhams celebrated their one-year residency in Hawaii, a necessity in order to claim citizenship for a child born outside the U.S.
Note that Moochelle and her entourage were enjoying their luxury taxpayer-funded vacay in Spain August 7, 2011 while BowBoy celebrated with his pals in Chicago. Do they not celebrate birthdays together, even if for public consumption only? Or is August 7th not his real birthday?

Don't be so harsh. The article that appears on this site doesn't say he's retired, so how is someone to know. Moreover, the headline used for the article, accompanied as it is, by Sellin's service photo, violates military regulations by not indicating that Col. Sellin is retired. The Joint Ethics Regulations says,
"Retired military members and members of Reserve Components, not on active duty, may use military titles in connection with commercial enterprises, provided they clearly indicate their retired or inactive Reserve status. However, any use of military titles is prohibited if it in any way casts discredit on DoD or gives the appearance of sponsorship, sanction, endorsement, or approval by DoD."

As Pavlich details it, “Operation Fast and Furious wasn’t a ‘botched’ program. It was a calculated and lethal decision to purposely place thousands of guns in the hands of ruthless criminals.”
The operation was designed to attack the Second Amendment right of Americans to purchase and bear arms, a right considered so essential to the nation that it followed directly after the First Amendment rights of free speech, freedom of the press, the prohibition of the establishment of a nationally sanctioned religion, and the right of Americans to peaceably assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
We are in the grip of an administration that would restrain and erase those rights, and which engaged in a reckless and ruthless operation to achieve that goal. It is an administration that is moving toward the confirmation of a United Nations treaty that would override and eliminate the right to own and bear arms.”

“Today’s executive order marks a paradigm shift for U.S. regulators by directing them to take the international implications of their work into account in a consistent and comprehensive way,” Sean Heather, vice president of the chamber’s Center for Global Regulatory Cooperation, said in an e-mailed statement.” This also brings the USA closer to becoming a “North American Union” and—also—eliminating its sovereignty—in toto.
Suffice it to say, no one in Congress has issued even the proverbial “peep” over either of these illegal “orders.” Do the American people really want to continue to live under this blatant tyranny?

If you would have checked the original article, you would know that Dr. Sellin did NOT use his military title and that the information about his service was given in his bio after that article.
Some of us, however, HONOR his dedication to this Nation and fittingly refer to him by his military title, just as one calls slimy politicians by the last office they held. He has EARNED the compliment....they HAVEN'T!
