This was great. And Corsi explains why all the girlfriend's stories this week, as opposed to all other weeks, perfectly...it was about the lawsuit dropped last week thus lending lot's of credibility to Larry Sinclair's story: that he had gay sex with Obama.
Obama knows that by Election Day everyone in this country is going to know he is gay, and that's usually the the kiss of death on a politician. I think a few weeks ago when Van Jones said that black people would still vote for Obama even if he came out as gay was testing the waters to see the response. But this is Obama, and the usual hasn't happened yet.

Larry Sinclair failed polygraph tests miserably. He was in it for the money and later settled for an amount to "cover his mother's bills," for merely taking the lie detector tests.
VAn Jones was refering to an effort by a conservative group, the National Organization for Marriage, to try and seperate the gay vote from the african american vote.
The argument was that Afircan American's were decidely against any form of marriage equality, and they were attempting to divide them from voting for Obama who has shown support for it. Jones was merely stating that he would still receive the liion's share of African American votes even if he "came out as gay."
He was not "testing the waters." He was making a point to counter the argument from the conservative group.
I wouldn't put much stock in anything Corsi has to say. He was behind the swift boating of John Kerry and he is attempting to do the same with Obama. When it is all over, and if Obama should win the election, Corsi will slink off to WND and drop the whole subject.

This is not quite accurate. He didn't "win." The judge merely threw out the case because the accuser was unable to prove that Sinclair's statement was made with malice. He claims an anonymous phone call told him that the results were rigged and therefore it was not his problem if the anonymous phone caller was lying. His claim was based on someone elses accusation.
Not one thing proves that the polygraph was rigged nor did Sinclair ever prove in the case that the Obama administration had paid off any testers. He never provided a single shred of evidence that they did. The case was thrown out because it cannot be proven that he made the statement up. That does not make his statements automatically true.
In fact, in the judges ruling, and according to your own article that you link to, the polygraph showed that Sinclair...
"...failed it, according to an examiner’s report, and two other examiners corroborated the result..."
Once again, just because I dont' believe the evidence, doesn't make me an Obot. I try to be fair. I research these things before I start buying into every conspiracy. There are stories and rumors that Rush Limbaugh is gay, and there are even stories that he goes to the Dominican to be with little boys all over the internet. To date I have not found one piece of evidence to prove this is true. The same goes in the case of Sinclair.
