With 13,500 [ BR; as of this posting 4,000 ] ballots yet to be counted, Ramona conservative Gary Kreep—who took an Obama birth certificate case to the U.S. Supreme Court—has gained a lead. Constitutional lawyer Gary George Kreep edged ahead of Deputy District Attorney Garland Peed for a spot on the Superior Court bench in the latest count of absentee and provisional ballots released Wednesday by the San Diego County Registrar of Voters. VIA RAMONA PATCH.
As of this posting and according to the San Diego Registrar of Voters, "there are approximately 4000 Absentee/Provisional ballots still to be counted."

Well, I think it is still pretty close but statistically Mr. Kreep should win it.

My question is why has it taken so long for San Diego officials to declare a definitive winner? Is this routine? Seems several days is an awful long time to count ballots. Weird.
Side Note: Huff-po is watching this race, making sure to include in their reporting that Kreep is a "birther."
The count is not over yet...the people in charge will come up with just enough votes to swing the tide the other way at the end of the count....the rigging will go on....want to bet?

In all likelihood he won't see a birther in court. Unless one gets a traffic ticket or has a child custody issue.
The Presiding Judge will assign him to a court. With his low rating and low seniority, he's going to end up in traffic court or possible family court.

It is not just San Deigo, the entire state of California has only unofficial results. Since alot of absentee, mail-in and provisional ballots showup the just before election day it takes awhile to go through them. Especially, provisional ballots which take some time to decide of they are legit.
Obviously if a candidate has more votes then there are left over ballots to count it is fairly guaranteed they will win. But in a close election like this they need to count everything.
Libs usually win close races, (they keep counting until they do, then that's the count...that counts), remains to be seen if Kreep will be the victor.

WHI: Leave that part out…now remember, this was long before Obama’s campaign headquarters were announced, right? When I was telling you that? How I thought it was weird they were everywhere? A president…the re-election team normally stays in D.C. But I was seeing them all overChicago…and later of course…we find out the re-election headquarters is in Chicago. Now why is that? Media never chased that one. That’s different. Odd. Shoulda got some more attention – hell like a lot of things, right? But it was another Back to Chicago moment for these people – Obama. Why do we got a sitting president who resides in Washington DC…why is his re-election headquartered in Chicago? That make sense to you?

They want a return on this investment, so they want the re-election efforts…they want all of that right under them so they can keep it close. So they can jerk Obama’s chain if they need to. Because if Obama doesn’t get that second term…the plan is left unfinished and in danger of being undone. And they are gonna be pissed. And that scares the sh-t out of Barack Obama. UM: Of a domestic drone program? What’s the purpose?
WHI: Same as everything else this administration has attempted to implement – control. Absolute and total f-cking control. No different than Obamacare…expansion of the EPA…all the czars…bypassing of Congressional oversight…it’s all about control. And in order to secure that control – you need chaos. That chaos gives the justification for the drones. And the Occupy bullsh-t, the race riot threats…think about that. Think about the timing of the domestic drone program…tie it in with all the manufactured chaos that’s comin’. His calls for a citizen police force that was equal to the United States military. Obama said it himself, right? Before he was elected?
UM: Said what?
WHI: Do you know Michelle Obama…it was in ’08…she was speaking…some campaign stop…she got up from her chair and began to say how America needed to change its traditions – how it needed to change its history. That got some of us concerned at the time. That kind of thing…in a normal campaign you would have seen the media jumping all over it.
WHI: Jarrett was keeping those dollars flowing into the campaign…into the media control mechanism they had set up…letting the investors know their time had come. This candidate – this Barack Obama – he was gonna implement what they had wanted…what they had planned for – for a very long time. Five days out – Obama re-affirmed that promise. He said it, right? “Fundamentally transform the United States of America”.
UM: Who are “they”?
WHI: I already told you…the socialists…Marxists…globalists, progressives, Big Labor, Green Energy…just different sides of the same fact.
UM: Regarding the investors you are talking about here – I want to know who they are. Give me names.

Related to this situation is not the situation in Spain, but the dire condition of Italy. If Spain buckles, the European Union will survive. If Italy soon follows, that may prove the Euro’s death blow.
The man calling himself "Obama", told of this potential outcome, was entirely indifferent. This indifference is likely the direct result of his ignorance. The Italians are in very serious trouble and the implications of that economy collapsing are immense and the shock waves will reach America soon after. Measures are being taken to avert this crisis, but it is a crisis that stems from decades of fiscal neglect, and the outcome is at this time, entirely unknown to me.
If Lagarde pushes but a bit harder, Italy will collapse.
DRONES
Beyond the personal disgust in knowing a President of the United States is spending an inordinate amount of time reviewing the footage of the loss of human life, is the far greater threat of some within this administration actively seeking to share our drone technology with other nations. There is apparently a program either being prepared, or ready for full implementation, that will have the use of drones as part of some form of globalized agreement between nations for border patrol purposes and is actually a test lab for the program. It is no accident this use of drones has evolved with his repeated overtures to the Russian government.
This technology’s critical use as part of a far wider globalization plan is the true and overriding threat. The military continues to grapple with the moral implications of what this administration is pushing them to do, and so as the administration grows impatient with the military component of the plan, it now proceeds in haste to utilize these drones as part of a nationwide law enforcement program.
If they succeed, it will extend far beyond the borders of the United States, and in that process, their globalization plan will be greatly enhanced.
This description may now sound far fetched, I assure you it is not. This plan, this “enhancement”, has been moving forward for decades. It is now being accelerated. Perhaps one day I shall explain to you how this was personally confirmed to me via events that took place in early May, 1999.

I remain convinced that so much of the laundering scheme that surrounds this administration and the man calling himself Obama, originates in part, within California. So any who now come from that environment and who are linked to this president, are to be judged with absolute and uncompromising scrutiny.

The answer is money. Vast sums, virtually untraceable, allocated to those with the power to keep far safer from judgment and scrutiny than their actions would deserve. Billions. Printed, spread, reformed, and reborn into the hands that would then cover the eyes and ears of those who might still care. This is the true story of the Obama White House as it involves all of them: The GLOBALIZED UNION LEADERSHIP.

At the request of one of the litigants, the Chief Judge will reassigned the case to a neutral judge.
