Unmasking the media's birth certificate hypocrisy

Reuters extensively investigated the presumptive Republican nominee’s background, and concluded that he was born on U.S. soil and qualifies as a “natural born citizen.” This follows the press corps’ relentless examination of Mr. Romney’s past: his record at Bain Capital, his tenure as Massachusetts governor, his Mormon faith and the church he attended, his views on race as a younger man, his marriage to Ann, his treatment of the family dog and even an alleged bullying incident as a high school student nearly 50 years ago. When it comes to Mr. Romney, nothing is off limits for our media elites.
It is very different for President Obama. He has been given a free pass. The press corps refuses to investigate his murky background. In fact, the liberal media are doing everything possible to sweep his dubious past under the rug.
Take the birth certificate issue. Conservatives who question the origin of Mr. Obama’s birthplace are derided as “birthers” — extremist kooks, who supposedly wallow in conspiracy theories. Yet, when “mainstream” media outlets, such as Reuters, insist on getting a copy of Mr. Romney’s birth certificate, it is considered objective, hard-hitting reporting. The hypocrisy and double standards are shameful.
Moreover, there is only one person to blame for the prolonged birth certificate issue: Mr. Obama. Like a chameleon, he has repeatedly altered his identity to suit his immediate self-interest. For years, his literary agent claimed — in brochures, press releases and public statements — that Mr. Obama was “born in Kenya.” He never once corrected the record. The reason is obvious: Portraying himself as having exotic Kenyan roots bolstered his literary credentials among trendy multicultural leftists. In 2004, during his campaign for the U.S. Senate, press reports — including from the Associated Press — claimed that Mr. Obama’s birthplace was Kenya.
The issue has plagued him even after winning the White House. In 2009, the government of Kenya announced that it was planning to build a monument to Mr. Obama at the Kenyan site it says is his birthplace. Officials in Kenya’s parliament insist Mr. Obama was born there; so have multiple articles in Kenyan newspapers. Kenyan family members also allege that Mr. Obama was not born on U.S. soil. Instead of addressing the issue immediately and forthrightly, the Obama administration spent millions of dollars in the courts to prevent his birth certificate from being unsealed. Only when real estate mogul Donald Trump cast a spotlight on the issue did Team Obama finally relent. No wonder millions of Americans believe the president is being less than truthful. At the very least, he is a charlatan, who for years helped to perpetrate a massive lie about his background.

So, for the first time a BC for Obama has been entered into a court record. Was this Orly's intention? As with the Ankeny decision, every state will point to the Mississippi filing as verification of Obama's NBC status.
Wasn't it in her interests to keep Obama's BC in a grey, nebulous area? Now that it's in court, all of her future lawsuits will be dismissed without consideration.

I did not interview the Marine, I simply reported his statement which was put on YouTube in my blog. This Marine's statement as well as the Ayer family postman's statement are both first hand experience with Obama and indicating to them that he Obama was foreign born. Add to these two first hand interactions with Obama and then the literary agent publishing the bio of Obama which facts therein undoubtedly came from Obama over a 17 year period clearly confirms that Obama was holding himself up to the world as a foreigner in the USA, Kenyan born. As a foreigner he did not register for the draft and thus the need to back date and forge his draft registration when he decided to run for the Presidency. And thus his backers began their massive scrubbing and forgery campaign to hide the facts and statements of Obama made over decades. I’ve been including a tagline that asks (regarding an Obama vs. Romney election) “Where’s the choice?” As expected, the comments I’ve seen in response include a significant number like this one I saw on Facebook: “It’s certainly not an ideal choice … but Obama is just so horrible Romney is amazing by comparison.”
I was particularly struck by the use of the word “amazing.” In the context that word seems particularly appropriate, since it’s related to the word “maze” and includes, from its origins, overtones that imply something that leads to delusion, stupefaction, bewilderment, confusion and even insanity. An amazed person is often paralyzed, trapped or confounded, like someone lost in a maze with no way out. I think this is precisely the condition of people who have surrendered to the “lesser evil” political fallacy."

• Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic Party did not certify that Obama qualified to run as a candidate for President of the U.S., but only that Obama was the Democratic Party candidate;

• Obama has spent over 2 million dollars in hiding what they say exists (his birth certificate) and supposedly have in hand;

• federal judges have dismissed over 400 hundred court cases on Obama's eligibility, ruling that these citizens do not have standing to know who is acting as President of the U.S.;

Williams is not alone, of course, in the conclusion that Obama is an illegitimate president and that his illegitimacy is being covered up by Congress, the federal courts, those in the Republican and Democratic national parties and others. Ever since Obama campaigned for U.S. President, millions in America have raised his eligibility as a fundamental concern for the integrity of the U.S. Constitution and rule of law, all to no avail.
It is not only "average Joe" who believes Obama is illegitimate, but state governments are expressing the same notion. The state of Arizona has recently passed a law, expected to be signed by the governor, which declares that Barak Obama, and other candidates, must prove his U.S. citizenship before being permitted to be on the ballot in 2012. Many states are expected to follow Arizona's lead of resistance to unlawful federal actions, just as so many states are doing lately on many different fronts (thankfully!).
Given these serious insinuations believed by many millions of Americans concerning Obama's illegitimacy and concerning its cover up, that more serious deductions and conclusions are not being raised -- at least publicly -- surprises me.
Consider what is really implied about Obama's ineligibility and the cover up by those in the federal government, the main-stream media and the two major political parties. The cut-to-the-chase conclusion underlying this whole ordeal is that the United States government is completely and utterly illegitimate and reeks of bad faith and intent. Any other conclusion is very difficult to believe, using logic and reason.
The longer it takes for that day to arrive, the more dangerous the situation will become. A man not even qualified to hold the office is using that office to destroy the greatest nation on earth. How much patience can the people be expected to display?
Obama is not eligible for the office he currently holds and everyone in a position to know - already know.
What they don’t know is how much longer they can keep it all a secret, or what will happen next.

C.A. Holly, At what point should the sheriff stop holding useless press conferences and start testifying in court? Also, why hasn't he testified in court and turn over whatever he's got to the D.A.? I'm curious. Are you curious? Something is amiss with this sheriff. Ofcourse, you can say that goes for all sheriffs nationwide, and I would say you are absolutely correct. I suspect Arpaio is buying the illegal time while holding at bay citizens, like me, who want the illegal arrested immediately. Afterwhich, we'll go from there.
Why don’t we simply demand that he vacate the premises? Enough of the detective work. We now know enough to know the truth about him. Just tell him to pack up and leave, over and over and over again...demanding that he vacate the premises would show him who’s boss and it’s not him. Actually, you're so fully wrong. Onaka specifically verified that the information posted on the WH website matches the information held by the state of Hawaii, i.e. Obama was born in Honolulu at Kapioliani Hospital.
In doing so he inadvertently (yet deliberately) called Arpaio a liar.
You notice Arpaio is keeping a low profile on this one.

Actually, you're wrong. The seal of the State of Hawaii is authoritative EVERYWHERE in the United States of America. When you get a passport, it's not a team of forensic experts who checks your birth certificate. It's the State Dept who examines the raised seal of the issuing state.
Try to learn a few things about American law here.

For once you're correct. The embossed official circular seal of the "STATE OF HAWAII * HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH" is indeed authoratative EVERYWHERE in the United States of America. When you apply for a passport, it is indeed not a team of forensic experts who check your birth certificate. It is indeed the United States Department of State which examines the embossed seal of the issuing State, and if there is no embossed seal of the issuing State on a birth certificate the United States Department of State will not accept said birth certificate.
Since we agree that the authoratative thing is the embossed official seal of the issuing State, please post a link to an image of a birth certificate alleged to be Obama's that has a legible and obviously embossed official seal of the State of Hawaii.
I'm sure the State of Hawaii has a copy of Barry's BC. It's most probably an original copy of the forged BC presented to the public one year ago and now serves as the "official" BC.
I don't know about anyone else, but when I sign my name to anything, my scrawl is usually slightly different each time, depending upon my mood. Alvin T. Onaka's siggie looks the same no matter what he signs, with little variance at all. Is that a stamp or are we to believe that dear ol' Alvin is on top of things this time and is party to a fraud. "DC government stinks to high heaven. We know DC lawmakers are certainly not “bullet proof” to corruption but it’s disturbing they think they can engage in criminal behavior without retribution. DC Council Chairman Kwame Brown became the second member of the body forced to resign from office in disgrace this year on the heels of council member Harry Thomas’ resignation and conviction.
When news broke of Brown’s conviction charge on bank fraud, no one was surprised except Mayor Vincent Gray because DC residents have come to expect the lowest common denominators to serve us in government. Mayor Vincent Gray tweeted: “I’m shocked, disappointed & saddened by today's news; I served alongside Mr. Brown on Council & never would've imagined something like this.”
I doubt Gray was shocked in the least because he knows the culture of entitlement pervading DC government and the council in particular. He also knows the US Attorney’s office is investigating some alleged shady dealings by Gray and his 2010 mayoral campaign staff. My mother always says, “things happen in threes” both good and bad things. So, DC residents could see more convicted felons falling from our government ranks.
Kwame Brown was convicted of bank fraud for overstating his income so he could secure a home equity loan to buy a boat he ironically christened “Bullet Proof.” Brown was also charged with violating DC campaign laws by making expenditures in cash over $50. The US Attorney’s office year long investigation also found Brown’s 2008 campaign failed to report $270,000 in funds campaign and discovered another $239,000 was diverted to a company run by his brother. Like Brown, Harry Thomas thought he was entitled to do as he pleased once he became an elected DC official and stole $350,000 from DC taxpayers.
A real indication of how “lost in arrogant space” Brown was can be seen in his resignation letter. Instead of apologizing profusely to DC voters whom he serves at the pleasure of and to whom he must hold himself accountable, Brown offered an "unconditional apology to the members of the Council for all the negative attention that my conduct has brought about." What’s revealing in this statement is Brown like many members of the council think they are more beholden to each other than the people they serve and this is where in the problem lies.
What’s disturbing is once elected, DC lawmakers seem to think they are immune to the laws of the land and more importantly standards of ethics and decency to which elected officials should feel compelled to adhere. Equally repugnant, it seems the only thing Kwame Brown and Harry Thomas knew how to do well was run for public office and be “third rate petty crooks, liars and hypocrites,” as Washington Post columnist Colbert King described. Because neither knew what else to do but abuse their political power, both clung to their positions until the bitter end, only resigning when the heat of the law was poised to come down on them like a guillotine."

“District residents need to raise the bar on our elected officials and stop voting bombastic buffoons into office. We should start by changing the elections laws in the Democrat dominated District of Columbia to allow for open primaries where all voters regardless of political party can vote. This would encourage greater voter turnout and more non-Democrat candidates to run for office because the primary races truly would be competitive and open, separating the wheat from the chafe. In other words candidates would have to have their act together because independents, Republicans and every other non-Democrat vote would count.
Voters also need to expand their political viewpoint and stop blindly voting for Democrats. There is no political diversity on the DC Council. It is a body of Democrats. With all the scandals and more on the horizon, I think it’s time for DC residents to try something new and give Republican candidates running for office serious consideration. Why not? What do DC residents have to lose? Nothing could be worse than the crop of Donkeys we’ve got, making asses of us all."

My name is Francis Tirop from Eldoret in Kenya. Surely though his father was a Kenyan he was born in Hawai since his birth mother Stanley Ann Dunham never ever came to Kenya and I do not think we can argue that his mother was a Kenyan because we surely know she was American. She divorced his father wheb he was still in the states.
