Forgerygate, Or How The US Was Tricked: The Conclusion Of Operation Sideshow

Facts and nothing but the facts with documents that have been deemed forgeries by a credible Law Enforcement Agency of the State of Arizona

A press gaggle had been hastily called on the afternoon of April 26, 2011 to debut Obama’s newly found long-form birth certificate for the next morning, the 27th. This briefing was done “old school” with the press corps being barred from using any audio or video recording of the event forcing them to use only pen and paper for any notes. This practice was extremely rare within the James S. Brady press briefing room and was usually only followed when they were on Air Force One or Two or other secure locations for security purposes. We do not have to guess the motives of the president’s agents at this gaggle, they were being deceptive.

The complicity of the State of Hawaii and several officials in their guarded and misleading statements from the Health Department and the Attorney Generals office had started in 2008 one week before the general election. The changing of the name of birth certificates or certifications (COLB) sometime in 2009 is another reason to doubt their veracity. Their duplicitous statements regarding the ability to receive a true and certified copy of an original document and impeached by the requirements of the State of Hawaii Homelands Heritage Agency itself, to require only the long-form birth certificate prior to sometime in 2009. Hawaiian Statute §338-18 refutes all the hyperbole of the officials in this matter as it was only “departmental policy” of the Health Department and not “law” as these officials continually stated. This corroborates the statements of Mile Zullo from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office about Hawaiian officials being complicit at least at some level; by their own deceptive statements, they have in essence self-impugned their own credibility.

We have the contradictory comments and actions of Neil Abercrombie the Governor of Hawaii who vowed to release Obama’s birth records in December of 2010 and by late January 2011 had retreated from all of his previous statements. However, on Tuesday January 18, 2011 he stated to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser that Obama did not have a hospital-generated long form birth certificate and the official record only consisted of a “unspecified notation or listing“. Four short months later on April 27, 2011 the Governor makes a press release of his own in conjunction with Obama’s “sideshow” message and tacitly intimates that Obama has a hospital generated long-form birth certificate. It is signed by Dr. David A. Sinclair who had conveniently died in 2003 as evidenced by the now fraudulent and discredited document posted on whitehouse.gov. This forgery had been substituted for the official “certified certificates of live birth” he received on the 25th through his personal attorney.

Fears investigation would be 'biggest constitutional crisis since Civil War'

In former Arizona House Speaker Kirk Adams, eligibility activist Tom Ballantyne thought he had found a Republican ally who would champion the Constitution by demanding a congressional investigation into Barack Obama’s “natural-born citizen” status.

After all, Adams told Ballantyne he was so fierce a defender of the Constitution that he battled his state’s Republican governor in court to protect the legislature’s enumerated powers from executive-branch encroachment.

When it came to investigating Obama’s eligibility, however, Adams – who is now running for the U.S. House – said he feared Congress standing up to the chief executive would trigger “a constitutional crisis unlike one we’ve seen since perhaps the Civil War.”

Further, Adams questioned whether an investigation by Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio – determining probable cause to suspect the White House presented forged documents as “proof” of Obama’s eligibility – lends “credibility” to the case.

In a video shot by Ballantyne, author of “Oh Really, O’Reilly!” and cameraman Gabe Zolna, Adams affirmed his oath of office to defend the Constitution, but worried that investigating Obama’s potential violation of that Constitution would create tremendous “fallout” among the American people.

“First off, I do think it’s entirely appropriate that every candidate for office be able to prove their eligibility,” Adams said. “But … can you imagine the constitutional crisis that would ensue?”

Happy Birthday! Obama Forged Birth Certificate One Year Old Today. And Congress continues to ignore Obama’s criminal identity theft crimes in progress on and in government property, servers, and agencies.

The total failure our national leadership in all our governmental institutions, and the failure of the major media, to investigate the “Usurper & Fraud in Chief” Obama, is undermining the morale and good order of our military. How can men and women in our military be expected to continue to follow orders from an unconstitutionally elected and installed phony, grifter, and criminal identity fraud impostor like Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro/Soebarkah, or whatever and whoever he really is? The prime directive of all who serve in the military is their solemn oath which clearly says it is their duty to support and defend the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. Obama is a domestic enemy of our Constitution. He is an illegal President and Commander in Chief. He is not constitutionally eligible per Article II Section 1 Clause 5 to be in the office he sits in. Our civilian leadership has left the country and our Constitution be completely and totally trampled on. Obama is UNFIT for COMMAND! When are more in our Commissioned Officer’s ranks going to stand up and start asking questions to their senior leaders in their branch of the military and to the members of Congress about the usurper and criminal fraud in the Oval Office and what is Congress going to do about it, and when. If you see a crime in process do you allow it to continue and take no action and look the other way and say to yourself, it’s not my problem, let him finish out his term and get away with … or worse yet, let him defraud the American electorate and Constitution once again in November 2012 and possibly win re-election via election fraud once again? If that is allowed to happen our country, our U.S. Constitution, our national security, and are very liberty will be in great danger of complete and total destruction by Obama if he is fraudulently allowed to serve another four year term. What about the oath administered to all members of our military, especially the one given to Commissioned Officers? A Commissioned Officer’s sole oath is to support and defend the Constitution, not to support and defend a fraudulent President. Why is that their prime directive? Because the founders and framers knew that some day a charlatan could convince by deceit, deception, and fraud the masses to put in place by populist election a treasonous person into the Oval Office and command of our military. And they created that oath to enable the Commissioned Officer’s rank to be the last line of defense for our U.S. Constitution. What are the Joint Chiefs of Staff doing on this matter? Do they consider their solemn oath to the Constitution to mean anything to themselves? Was the oath just so many words to them? A ritual with no solemn meaning to them? The UCMJ does not erase and countermand one’s solemn oath and prime directive to support and defend the U.S. Constitution. It is that U.S. Constitution against which the lawfulness of all laws and orders shall be judged!

Excerpt from Attorney Van Irion: In its 12-page opinion the Court made several very positive statements about our case. Here are some quotes:

“The Court finds that the federal question presented, the meaning of the phrase ‘natural born citizen’ as a qualification for the Presidency set out in Article II of the Constitution, is important and not trivial.”

“The issue of whether President Obama is constitutionally qualified to run for the Presidency is certainly substantial.”

“It is clear that the stated federal issue of President Obama’s qualifications for the office are ‘actually disputed and substantial.’”

“It is also clear that there will be a legal dispute over the Constitution’s definition of ‘natural born citizen’ and the Supreme Court’s decision in Minor.”

The Court’s statements strongly imply that it has already decided many of the issues that usually lead to procedural dismissals, and that it has decided them in our favor. While it is certainly dangerous to read too much into such an opinion, the statements from this Federal court are encouraging. The Court appears to understand the most critical issues presented by our complaint.

The Tennessee Democratic Party, the Democratic National Committee, and the DNC Chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz have already filed motions to dismiss our case. LLF will be filing our opposition to these motions within the next two weeks. We will post our filings as soon as they are filed.

Judge wants definition of 'natural born citizen'

'Resolution of this federal issue will resolve the case'

A federal judge has determined in a case challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility for a state ballot that the meaning of the constitutional phrase “natural born citizen” is “important and not trivial.”

U.S. District Judge S. Thomas Anderson of Tennessee said the courts ultimately must define “natural born citizen,” affirming that the “issue of whether President Obama is constitutionally qualified to run for the presidency is certainly substantial.”

“This specific question has been raised in numerous lawsuits filed since President Obama took office,” Anderson wrote in his opinion. “The outcome of the federal question in this case will certainly have an effect on other cases presenting the same issue about whether President Obama meets the constitutional qualifications for the presidency.” ...

... Anderson’s opinion included a notation that the U.S. Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett defined “natural born citizen” as “all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens.”

“It is undisputed that the material fact at issue in this case is whether under the circumstances of president Obama’s birth, the president is a ‘natural born citizen,’ a term set out in the United States Constitution and construed under federal law,” he wrote.

Completing the Case for a Birth Certificate by Affidavit from Statements of Neil Abercrombie Governor of Hawaii

We are now at a point to discuss Neil Abercrombie’s remarks of January 18, 2011 in detail and to refresh our memory about not being able to release Obama’s records as shown in this quote from the Daily Mail a United Kingdom newspaper dated January 20, 2011:

Abercrombie said on Tuesday that an investigation had unearthed papers proving Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961. He told Honolulu’s Star-Advertiser: ‘It actually exists’ was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama’s birth that someone had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate. And in the same interview Abercrombie suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

In Part Six, we were introduced to the kernel or fingerprint of the evidence we have been looking for on the type of birth certificate Obama actually has. Neil Abercrombie appears to be an honest man, at least in January. What he has actually described is an affidavit for birth registration that was not attended by any medical personnel. The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act of 1955 was fully in force in 1961, and a birth certificate by affidavit would have all the information he describes.

He drops the quest to release Obama’s information and retreats from his earlier remarks. However, Governor Abercrombie has solved the riddle on what actually is in Obama’s records in Hawaii’s vital statistics vault in a bound volume of birth records. His statements allude to only an “unspecified listing or notation”; however, this is just politispeak for a birth registration by AFFIDAVIT, which can now be taken as an implied FACT with the Governors statement:

Abercrombie suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

This is the very definition of a birth certificate by affidavit available in 1961 in accordance with the Heath Statistics Act of 1955 for the Territory of Hawaii.

“I have no intention of resigning,” said Arpaio, who is running for his sixth term as sheriff of Maricopa County. “They forget I have a four-decades long career in federal law enforcement that includes having been a special agent for the FBI and having worked for the Drug Enforcement Agency in the United States, as well as in Argentina, Turkey and Mexico.”

WND previously reported the intensity of attacks on Arpaio at both a state and national level.

Already, Arpaio has announced that his volunteer law enforcement investigation has found probable cause that Obama’s long-form birth certificate and his Selective Service registration form are forgeries. Arpaio and his team made the announcement at a March 1 press conference.

A second press conference is expected in the next few weeks to announce more findings Arpaio suggests will be explosive.

Last week, Arizona Republic columnist Laurie Roberts wrote a piece in which she reminded Arpaio of his pledge 20 years ago when he first ran as a candidate for Maricopa County sheriff to serve only one term and turn the office into an appointed post. Arpaio has said that his campaign pledge was a mistake, because if he reported to a political official, he would have been fired 20 years ago and not had the liberty to “do what I felt was right for the people that I serve.”

WND has previously reported that political operative Randy Parraz, a self-described “organizer,” has been running a determined campaign to oust Arpaio from office.

Wikileaks Bombshell: Team Obama Caught Stuffing Ballot Boxes; McCain Chose Not to Fight

LEAKED STRATFOR EMAILS: Democrats Manipulated The 2008 Election Results

John McCain's 2008 campaign staff allegedly had evidence that Democrats stuffed ballot boxes in Pennsylvania and Ohio on election night, but McCain chose not to pursue voter fraud, according to internal Stratfor emails published by WikiLeaks.

In an email sent on November 7, 2008, and titled " Insight - The Dems & Dirty Tricks ** Internal Use Only - Pls Do Not Forward **," Stratfor vice president of intelligence Fred Burton wrote:

1) The black Dems were caught stuffing the ballot boxes in Philly and Ohio as reported the night of the election and Sen. McCain chose not to fight. The matter is not dead inside the party. It now becomes a matter of sequence now as to how and when to "out".

In an email sent two days earlier and titled "Insight - McCain #5 ** internal use only - Pls do not forward **," Burton wrote:

After discussions with his inner circle, which explains the delay in his speech, McCain decided not to pursue the voter fraud in PA and Ohio, despite his staff's desire to make it an issue. He said no. Staff felt they could get a federal injunction to stop the process. McCain felt the crowds assembled in support of Obama and such would be detrimental to our country and it would do our nation no good for this to drag out like last go around, coupled with the possibility of domestic violence.

The Nov. 7 email also contains allegations that Democrats made a "six-figure donation" to Rev. Jesse Jackson to silence him on the topic of Israel after an October 2008 interview in which he said Obama’s presidency would remove the clout of “Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades.”

Burton, who appears to be friendly with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, wrote:

2) It appears the Dems "made a donation" to Rev. Jesse (no, they would never do that!) to keep his yap shut after his diatribe about the Jews and Israel. A little bird told me it was a "nice six-figure donation". This also becomes a matter of how and when to out.

The email also refers to an accusation that Obama's campaign took money from Russia, recalling memories of Bill Clinton's 1996 presidential campaign when the Justice Department uncovered evidence that China sought to make direct contributions to the Democratic National Committee.

Burton wrote:

3) The hunt is on for the sleezy Russian money into O-mans coffers. A smoking gun has already been found. Will get more on this when the time is right. My source was too giddy to continue. Can you say Clinton and ChiCom funny money? This also becomes a matter of how and when to out.

If true the allegations prompt questions of how the fallout has affected the politics of Obama's current administration and how it will effect this year's presidential election.

Music legend faces boot over Obama's eligibility

College faculty can't stomach what American icon stands for

The faculty of a Michigan college is up in arms over the choice of singer, actor and author Pat Boone as commencement speaker for the institution’s 2012 graduation ceremony.

According to a report in the Toledo Blade, petitions protesting Boone’s selection and honorary degree have been circulating among students and faculty at Adrian College in Adrian, Mich., since the school announced the decision on April 2. The school’s faculty association even approved a resolution last week condemning the choice and demanding the school withdraw its invitation.

Janet Salzwedel, an officer with the faculty association, told the newspaper professors were upset with what she called Boone’s “inflammatory kinds of rhetoric.”

The Blade also cited objections over Boone’s willingness to question Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president and the legitimacy of the document the White House presented as Obama’s purported, long-form birth certificate.

Tom Ballantyne has already had one elected Republican tell him questions about Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president are irrelevant, but that isn’t going to stop him from asking Party people when someone – anyone – is going to take action.

At a recent meeting of one the nation’s largest Republican clubs, SaddleBrooke Republican Club of Saddlebrooke, Ariz., Ballantyne pulled aside Director of Programs Jeannette Berczi to ask her where she weighs in on the controversy even many opponents of Obama’s politics are trying to dodge.

“At the present time, we’re not going to be rewriting history,” Berczi responded. “[Obama] is not going to be thrown out based on this issue.”

Attorney Kuligowski: Selective Service Forgery Alone is Enough to End Obama's Presidency

The Sea Change: Obama's Confirmed Forgeries Are Not Going Away

For several years, an Orwellian-type fear of being "marginalized" held reporters and pundits back from questioning Barack Obama's eligibility to hold the office of the presidency. To raise an eyebrow at the bizarre secrecy of Obama was off-limits. To question whether the historic definition of "natural born citizen" applied to Obama was taboo.

The era of fear, however, is happily winding down. It will take some time for this realization to fully take hold. But make no mistake: the tables have turned.

Like it or not, the ground has shifted, and it cannot shift back. The evidence of Obama's forgeries is not going away.

Up until this point, Mr. Obama controlled everything, including the talking points and burden of proof.

Rather than simply produce certified paper copies for state election officials and make the original available for officials to inspect in Hawaii, Obama played games with his purported birth certificate. We were told for three years that Obama's birth certificate had been posted online in 2008 -- though it turns out that it was a scant certification. In 2010, when confronted with the alarming doubts of the American people, Mr. Obama lamented to a sympathetic Brian Williams of NBC: "I can't spend all my time with my birth certificate plastered on my forehead." The following year, out of left field, on April 27, 2011, Obama "released" the elusive birth certificate by posting a now-discredited file image online.

This time he wasn't teasing. It was "proof positive." Mr. Obama, in his robotic style, barked that it was time to stop the "silliness" and move on.

No one ever wanted Obama to get all crazy and walk around with his birth certificate plastered on his forehead. But many took the reasonable position of wanting the mysterious birth certificate produced, not plastered or uploaded to a computer. Many wanted Obama to produce certified copies for state officials and make the original available for inspection.

But because no authority forced him to comply with basic legal standards, Mr. Obama was able to create a sideshow atmosphere by selecting non-experts to verify his internet postings behind closed doors. His media sycophants were able to make those who questioned Obama's staunch secrecy appear as the unreasonable ones. Somehow the burden of proof was erroneously placed on the citizenry to prove that Obama wasn't born in Hawaii.

Well, the burden never actually rested with the people to prove anything. That was all smoke and mirrors. No conspiracy theories are needed to demand that Obama comply with basic legal standards -- especially in context of a state with a history of certifying foreign births as Hawaiian.

After Obama "released" the birth certificate in 2011, nonpartisan computer software experts immediately recognized that the embarrassing image had been computer-assembled. Of course, few in the free press dared to report on the "silliness." Fox News quickly summonsed Adobe-certified expert Jean-Claude Tremblayto to conclude, nothing fishy here (but his ORC explanation has been demonstrably debunked by the control-test findings of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's investigative team -- see below).

It's simply unfathomable to the consensus media that the One they worked so hard to elect could be a fraud -- or, at minimum, could have something to hide.
